Gangguan Hotpot

Came with a group of friends on Friday night. 2/7 of us got sick from it......food is good but the variety was meh. Also on the pricy side if you don’t like all you can eat. Around $40/person pretax.

Good price, nice renovation, good food. I like the Pickled Chilli and vegetable soup base. Pretty authentic and tasty. The beef skewers are their signature dishes, still tender even after boiling for a long time. If you are looking for some authentic Szechuan hotpot, this is the place.

Delicious! The staff guided us through the process, and helped us make a great sauce when we didn't see that part of the meal! A large selection to choose from, the only gripe I would have is there isn't an English translation for all the ingredients.

AYCE chuanchuan, the food is ok but seems not very fresh. Bingfen is good. Customer service is good.

Entering the restaurant was the easy part, but wait till you hear how it was inside. As we entered the floor we were given a seat next to the window which was nice on a rainy day. Reading the menu was the hard part since it was all in Chinese and the waitress there had a hard time explaining to us lost in translation First choice is the soup that we have to pick from the menu all you can eat, best part sarcastic is that you have to pick the soup which will cost you from 7 to 9$ if I remember right. And yet you still have to pay extra 28.99$ to start of on everything. The food is stored in a fridge and they were having someone to fix the fridge at the moment we went they couldn't wait till the restaurant close to do the repairs. The floor was sticky and slippery. It was hard to make them notice that your tea was empty and that I needed a refill in the cup. At the end when you're done eating you'll have a choice to pay cash to get 15% off. But this is just there way not to pay tax because the receipt will come without a bar code. The only thing i enjoyed was the time i spend with someone important.

Love this place. The only thing was that I ordered mild spicy soup base, but the waitress we had convinced me to get medium spicy instead; which I was originally hesitant at first but eventually complied. And as a result, the soup was way too spicy. But other than that, the food is great, so was the service.

So good. No wait no time limit. But all in Chinese no English.
