I had to pay a total of 97$ just to be told that my washing machine wasn't the problem so I had to call a plumber. I think a decent person would've at least charged just the minimal fee. Now I have to call a plumber who will ask a minimum of 200$ to fix it on top of the 97$ I paid for this man to do nothing. Also, when I had called the receptionist to fix the appointment, she told me that it was 69$ for the consultation. Then this guy comes and tells me there is 1$ a minute on top. Are you kidding me?

Very sure the guy at the counter thought I was just a stupid woman who had no idea about parts...what I do know is that a replacement stove element should NOT cost $55.00. Nice try...I wouldn’t step back in your store with a 10 foot pole!!!

Young guy at the counter acts like he knows everything and does not listen you. Get service from the older gentleman, if you want to save your time.

I have been ordering parts from this retailer for over 25 yrs. Efficient, knowledgeable staff. Pricing is fair.

UPDATE: I finally have them so I gave them a few extra stars. I'm happy with the sharpening, but very unhappy with their abysmal turnaround time. ------------------------- Gave them clippers blades to sharpen, they said it would take a week. It's been three so far and they seemed annoyed that I called in around week 2 to ask what was taking so long. I still don't have them and now I have to buy new ones.
