Great prices in general, just wish their website would be better designed, like stock at hand, all carried products, good search function, prepay and pick up at store... Etc...

We go there just because it's nearby. The service is NOT good. Most staff are unfriendly, except the people at the paint section. Many times, they got our order wrong. Also, the staff were not willing to help a pregnant woman pushing a trolley full of moldings and doors even though they were not doing anything. We're very surprised that they have a good review.

Horrible staff you literately need to type in the product on their old software to find the products you need. Untrained / too young staff you are not running a fast food chain!! Get your act together and hire people that know about construction materials.
