Absolutely terrible customer service at this RONA location. I’ve spent thousands of dollars here over time, and today was the final straw. I waited 45 minutes for someone to help me load just three boxes of flooring into my car—something that should’ve taken five minutes max. Staff were either ignoring me or passing me off, and when I finally asked for a manager, even they were completely useless.nnWorse still, I tried to return a product with a picture of the receipt—which in any other store would be acceptable when you’ve clearly made the purchase—and they flat-out refused. No help, no flexibility, just a brick wall.nnIt’s honestly shocking that the managers are this incompetent, and I genuinely feel bad for the owners. This level of disorganization and indifference is driving customers away. If you’re a contractor or regular shopper thinking of spending your hard-earned money here—don’t. You’ll just end up wasting your time and dealing with unhelpful staff who make your day harder, not easier.

Staff was amazing, especially our cashier who kept everyone entertained while an issue was being resolved. By the way, our patio set is amazing!

This is great location Rona. We are visiting Montreal and needed some hardware products.

Edit: I had a so so experience here so I gave a negative review at first but didn't get in the details, figured it wasn't worth it. I came back here yesterday, it's the closest hardware store from my place. There was a decent line up by the time I got to the cash and I was hoping to leave quickly since someone was waiting for me. A man with a manager name tag sprung into action when he saw the line was getting longer at the registers. He checked out a few clients, including me. He noticed a discrepancy when scanning one of my items, quickly resolved the matter and I was on my way with my new moon cactus and pot to transplant to later when it gets bigger. Sorry for the bad photo, but if you were wondering what a moon cactus was...

Good store, only downside is the street they are on is always a hassle to go through and full of jams
