The worst Canadian Tire branch I’ve ever been to. We waited over 20 minutes in front of the paint section for someone to unlock it, even though we asked staff for help three times. When the person finally showed up and I told him we've been waiting for more than 20 minutes he just stared blankly and didn’t even apologize. I had a very good experience. Knowing were to look helps to shorten the time of the shopping experience. When we got to the car paint section, a very knowledgeable employe helped us and even directed us to another biz that give you the exact color of your car.

Busy store. Lots of stock and great sales. Huge variety of interesting items. Excellent service…..nnExcept that annoying Master Card sales man who chased me like 3 times. If someone from the store can advise him to leave the customer to shop happily. when they are not interested to your Master card offer.

Literally the worst customer experience I ever had for a return.nnBought a home brand tent 7 days ago, had to replace it one time the day after because all the zippers broke. Then the replacement one was not at all rain proof and got completely wet and all my things got soaked.nnWhen I tried returning it, asking for a gift card or wanting to exchange it for other products, they told me to go where I bought it which is 1000+km away and told me that all Canadian Tire's are different and that they don't care.nnThey then told me to contact the company of the tent which is in fact Canadian Tire, but when I told her that she told me to leave the store.nnThis was all with a manager, I've worked in training and customer success for the past 6 years and never have I had a worst experience.

The Nespresso barista Alex is the best! We came on the right day.
