Canadian Tire

I bought 5 pots for grow flowers 2 weeks ago. I used but not fix my balcony. Today, i bring 4pots to return, the customer service not accept because they dust not be clean like store.

Busy store. Lots of stock and great sales. Huge variety of interesting items. Excellent service…..nnExcept that annoying Master Card sales man who chased me like 3 times. If someone from the store can advise him to leave the customer to shop happily. when they are not interested to your Master card offer.

I was so happy in terms of customer service from this store. I went this store an hour before they're closing as I need to change my two tire and driving back to Toronto. Mr. Hussein from Auto dept helped me by finding the right tire size and install it in my car. Though they're fully booked with other appointments but Mr. Hussein helped me above and beyond by understanding my emergency situation. In my experience, Mr. Hussein is very professional and very expert in customer service and a very good human being. I would definitely like to recommend this store if anyone is seeking for a great customer service experiences.

You will find what you are looking for but their security is not so good. I went in there with a toy that i bought from winners and i bought stuff there for the car. When i finished paying the security wanted to see the receipt for the stuff i bought for the car which is normal then he wanted to see the receipt for the stuff i bought at winners. I thought the store would have someone watching the camera knowing that i came with the same bag and leaving with the same bag. Next time i should just tell them to check their camera instead of stopping me at the door.nnIt's also annoying to have someone trying to get their credit card everytime you enter the store. Most people are already in debt.nnIf you are looking for help good luck no one is working there. That's why i look for the stuff on my own.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Don’t bring your car to this place. I brought my car in for oil change everything went well till I noticed that something was out of place between my dashboard and my windshield as they also recommended that I change the air filter. To be faire to the other staff my complaint is about the manager that I had to deal with. He was the most disrespectful, unprofessional and arrogant person I had to deal with. This type of personality should not be a manager because he’s not fit to provide customers service. He spent 30 minutes arguing with me, when it took one of his staff members who just finished his shift 30 seconds to place everything back in place. And that manager then told me never to go back there again as if I was ever going to do that. Do yourself a favour choose another garage.
