Awesome store, very clean with staffs that are helpful!nSome updates regarding the garage. I usually leave my car here and they offer exceptional services, I highly recommand it.

I bought 5 pots for grow flowers 2 weeks ago. I used but not fix my balcony. Today, i bring 4pots to return, the customer service not accept because they dust not be clean like store.

I bought something at the Mint-Tremblant location , I came to the L’Acadie location to return it & the lady at the return desk didn’t want to take it back , she informed me that it was opened & should bring it back to where I bought it . For sure I think we can exchange things at any store . I think she just didn’t want to do your job. As you can see product is well close & in original packaging. How can you trust these guys when they say warranty across Canada, who really knows!

Busy store. Lots of stock and great sales. Huge variety of interesting items. Excellent service…..nnExcept that annoying Master Card sales man who chased me like 3 times. If someone from the store can advise him to leave the customer to shop happily. when they are not interested to your Master card offer.

The CT itself was fine, but my experience with the auto service was something else. It was my first time servicing my car at this location. I brought it in for winter tire installation, and halfway through, the service rep told me I needed to replace my front brakes. They showed me a bogus photo, claiming there wasn’t much left, and pressured me to get the $800 job done immediately.nnI told them I’d think about it mainly to investigate on my own and would get back to them quickly. I normally handle all my car maintenance at my dealership, this time i didnt do the work there because there was no appointment available at the time i needed, so I went with CT. Anyhow, I called them to check the brake situation, as they have the full history of my car. After reviewing their records, my dealership confirmed the brakes were fine and didn’t need replacing anytime soon.nnArmed with that info, I went back to CT and told them I wouldn’t be replacing the brakes. I also asked for that bogus photo and diagnotic report for my records, but they refused, saying it was an internal document they don't share. I then asked if they had noted this on the invoice, but they hadn't, which raised another red flag for me.nnThis experience let me wondering , was the technician simply inexperienced, and the shop failed to properly verify the diagnostic before approaching me? Or were they deliberately trying to scam me out of $800?nnEither way, I felt pressured, misled, and frustrated throughout the whole process.nnI strongly recommend anyone going there to carefully question their diagnostics before agreeing to any work.nnBased on my experience there, I have absolutely no interest in returning to this shop in the future.
