Good hardware store in the neighborhood. They have a little bit of everything and a good lumber yard. Prices and product choices are perhaps not on par with larger hardware retailers but if you're in a pinch it'll do. Keep in mind they are very strict about returns so keep you receipt. Without it you'll be out of luck

Will find a new place to purchase my products from now on. This place isn't serious when it comes to customer service. Asked for some help with a product was told to wait, found the person 25 minutes later in another department. Asked what the deal was and was told not his department not his problem I get it, your much to busy and client satisfaction doesn't matter. Have been supporting this business for many years.

Good choice and they provide the repair service. Friendly and professional stuff.

This Rona saved me when I needed it most. I was about to install my new portable AC when I realized that the panel provided in the box was too big for my window. Hopefully that Rona offers cutting services at a very affordable price! And it doesn't have to be something that you purchase in the store. So glad to have that store in the neighborhood.

Most worst service I ever experienced in my whole life.they never deliver the food on time. It's not once every time they did the same thing

I don't know what's the deal with this store, but it's the best Rona we ever dealt with. They get you the thing, they resolve your problem, they do what you need. And they're a pleasure to deal with too.

Local and very convenient neighbourhood hardware store. Been here for decades. Not as big as a supersized store but you will find what you need and at reasonable prices.

Good for a quick job no problem at all. Specially if your rennovation is close to the place. Employees are nice in general, but price wise it's more ecpensive than itself . I mean that everbody knows that Rona is the owner of Reno Depot , so prices in Reno Depot are way cheaper than Rona. Funny policy but it works in a way, because most of rennovators know that veru well, but since time is money so when i have a work to do close to their store and i miss few things to buy wuickly, so i buy it from here in order to save time from going all the way to Reno Depot.

I come here regularly for wood, gardening tools, paint and even patio furniture. You can also have your wood cut here.
