The employee was probably the rudest and disrespectful employee that I have met . He made fun of me and loudly said in front of everyone that I am trying to return something used I didn’t even use it just open the box it was intact he laughed and said I was a liar and made me feel so bad about myself.nOne thing is sure that I am not returning to this location anytime soon . Home Depot is way friendly and have staffs that respect their customers unlikely here at Rona.nPlease teach your employee some respect!!!

They have a great collection of items but, unfortunately, there staff needs to be more attentive and customer oriented. Went there to buy a ball bearing for an air conditioner but was sent from one aisle to the other. No one took the ownership. Finally it was discovered that the don't have the item I was directed from one corner to the other. Nonetheless, they have a great stock of different products. On this visit I found the door locks very appealing.

They refused to return the thing I ordered from their website, they said the stuff I ordered is not in their system, and asked me to go to the store very far from my home, the things I bought were very very heavy!nnVery unpleasant experience!nnWhy customer should pay for their system problems?
