Meeting of employee that is disrespectful, very rood, dose not answered questions, he went to the next client after us and we waited for 20 minuets before he came back to us, he kept interrupting us and he kept repeating that he wanted the information that we were looking for. This experience mite make me regret trusting Reno Depot and mite make never want to go to Reno Depot ever again, we are very disappointed in Reno Depot.

I have walked in to this location, with the intention to purchase a Schlage door lock. I have founded a lower price via Home Depot canada. When I attempted to price match against the item by showing it with the url link on my mobile phone, the supervisor informed me, that I required a physical flyer from Home Depot with the product price in order that a price match would be honoured. I informed the supervisor, this was the regular price at Home Depot, she informed that was the store policy. Which I rebutted that they just lost the sale, since Home Depot location was 3 blocks away. I went to Home Depot and purchased the lock. Upon returning home, I reviewed reno-depot price match policy. "The proof must be in the form of a web‐based circular or in paper format from a Canadian retailer. In addition, it must be an active web site (full URL required). A screenshot of a website is not an acceptable proof. The proof must be printed and delivered to the department associate or printed by the department associate." I would state that this store staff needs to be trained on their national policies, if they plan on competing in the digital age which price checking are accessible to their customer mobile.

I bought an ARCTIC KING, 3-IN-1 AIR CONDITIONER 12,000 BTU from this store. it was impossible to install it on my window because of it's very simple design problem. It was leaking from bottom. It makes noise like an airplane. So after only 1 time use I took it back to the store and asked for refund, because the item was impossible to install and was leaking. The person in charge came to me with an angry face, as if I'm a criminal. he told the clerk to refund it. after a few minutes he came back and changed his mind and told me: "we are not here to borrow you air conditioner!". I asked: "Are you sure I'm abusing the terms and I'm bringing it back because I have used it enough and I don't need it anymore?", And I continued: "I only used it five hours and it was useless". He turned his face and left and prevented the cashier to refund. I asked for their manager, they called his assistant, The assistant introduced himself as the manager, although it was obvious that he couldn't be the manager. They told me it's refundable only if the box is not opened :)) . I told them when I was buying it, when I asked about its level of noise, I was told I can ask for refund till 90 days and there is no reason to worry about it. But they ended the discussion saying IT'S IMPOSSIBLE. Then I went to another Reno Depot store and returned the Item and got my money back. Avoid ARCTIC KING and AVOID RENO DEPOT, specially its MARCHÉ CENTRAL store!!! Terrible customer service and rude staff at all levels!!!!

2.5 Stars Good enough renovation store. The only issue with this place is parking. Being stuck next to a Costco and a bunch of outlet stores doesn't help their case.

They are generally good and helpful. However during evening hours it's hard to find someone to help you and usually have only one cashier lane open.
