Don't take you car there for a diagnostic of any problem, the mechanics are inexperience and will give you a wrong diagnostic. I had an issue with a squeak noise from my car while driving. They told me the problem was the right upper control arm that needed to be replace. They replace it and the noise came back after 2 days of driving the car. I went back and this time they told me if was the ball joint of the lower control arm and I needed to pay more on top of the needless repair I did previously. I had to argue with the manager for weeks to have the issue repair cause I was not going to pay more for something I had paid to diagnosed from the start. I had to call the store manager to have the issue resolved. So lesson learn for me.

Really disappointed, bad service. I came because the winter tire I purchased last year got punctured and is not repairable. With the purchase warranty I get a new tire with a pro-rata. The first day I waited 1 hour to get served, at the end I ask how much would it cost me and the person said they don’t know but to come back the following day to get the info. The following day I came and they told me they ordered it but can only tell me the price when they get the new tire. They called me to let me know that the tire got delivered and to come back to get it installed. I come back a 3rd time and before they do the work I asked how much it is. They stat telling me that they can’t know until they get my car inside of the garage to do the work, but to leave the car there. I told they I want to know how much before they do the work and to ask someone to check. They told me to wait 20min but in the meanwhile if other people come they will be ahead of me. It makes no sense. Then they tried to charge me the installation fee when the warranty covers it.

Such poorly managed service. I thoroughly regret coming here. The monetary value of the reimbursed (and very cheap quality) item was not worth my time lost waiting in line. I'd be better off throwing away the malfunctioning purchase and staying at home. The only thing worthwhile with this experience is the mediocre satisfaction of giving a 1 star rating.

The employees were friendly and polite but this has to be the messiest and cumbersome Canadian Tire I've seen. We asked an employee for an item they were suppose to have 33 in stock but had none on the shelves. After 10min of wait we asked another and waited another who finally came back with the item but did mention there was an inventory error, they had only 3 in stock. Then we went to look for another product we saw in special. We couldn't find it based on the special price we had seen online. Had to ask another employee and it turned out that the labeling was wrong. All in all, we found what we were looking for and the prices were pretty good.

Bought something online, went there to pickup. They made me wait more than 30 minutes. They sound improve there "buy online, pickup" service. Otherwise, the staff are sweet.
