Canadian Tire

Worst Customer Service. Walked in for an item and the clerk was rearranging the section so he told me to come back in 1 week. Spoke to the Manager and she basically told me the same thing. Worst Customer Experience ever.

I asked about my product, and I was told in bad English and I was satisfied, but I asked if it would be possible to return it and I was told that yes, but when I came back they suddenly found that it was impossible. I'm upset 1/10

I have never had such an horrible Canadian tire experience. The company should be ashamed to have a store such as this one. It's unclean, the customer service is disastrous, some aisles are literally piled with storage junk. Save yourself some time and go somewhere else.

I paid more The 500$ and got the worst service ever. Was waiting 15 days after for ordered tires. The hey promised to call but never did. I spent 1hour and a half waiting two tires to be changed.Two tires were mounted on rims differently, having face inside. It took 15 minutes to explain that what they did is wrong. And even worse, they asked me to pay if they make it redone. Finally after conversation with the manager they made it free of charge.

Always a mess. Things are never where they should be and stock is always low. Half the lights are off.
