Everything is locked up and no one to help or unlock. When asked the cashier to help me. She tells me: it is not my problem!! Big issue with staff and decency

I had a really disappointing experience at Canadian Tire recently. I went in looking for help with a product, and not a single staff member was willing to assist. I asked multiple employees for guidance, and each one either ignored me or passed me off to someone else. It felt like they just didn’t care about helping customers.nnFor a store that advertises itself as customer-friendly, this was unacceptable. I left without getting what I needed, and honestly, I’ll think twice before coming back. If you’re looking for good customer service, sadly, this might not be the place to go.

I have never had such an horrible Canadian tire experience. The company should be ashamed to have a store such as this one. It's unclean, the customer service is disastrous, some aisles are literally piled with storage junk. Save yourself some time and go somewhere else.

Had an appointment to change my tires at the end of November. When I initially booked in person, I chose my tires and offered to put a deposit and they refused. Fast forward to my appointment, they no longer had my tires and had no choice but to choose whatever was there.nnFound out they didn’t balance my tires properly and they broke one of my tire sensors. Had to spend even more money to fix this elsewhere. Avoid this place at all costs. Never again.

I paid more The 500$ and got the worst service ever. Was waiting 15 days after for ordered tires. The hey promised to call but never did. I spent 1hour and a half waiting two tires to be changed.Two tires were mounted on rims differently, having face inside. It took 15 minutes to explain that what they did is wrong. And even worse, they asked me to pay if they make it redone. Finally after conversation with the manager they made it free of charge.
