Terrible customer service.nAsked for help finding something, employee looks for 1 minute, walks away and never comes back. I take a ladder and find the item myself on the second level of shelves. Ask a new employee for help bringing it down, he tells me I can take it down myself - sorry, I'm not supposed to use the ladder, let alone lift down a 100+lb counter top.nI want to like this store, but not the first time the employees have been completely unhelpful

Asked for some assistance and after waiting 45 minutes without anyone helping, I was asked to leave the store because they were about to close and I wasn't buying anything. Seriously?! Provide me with the assistance I required in the first place and then I would have bought stuff!

The stuff there is terrible unbelievable no respect to clients i will never go back there and i will not send any one homedepot better customer service homedepot they respect their customers! only Alessandro was helping and very very knowledgeable and polite they should teach them how Alessandro deal with customer maybe they will learn from him

Horrible customer service. I was returning an item and was served by a woman who was extremely rude she never introduced herself and didn’t have a badge but I heard coworker called her Massara. She was very unprofessional, very rude and on top of that at some point she told me that she didn’t want talk to me anymore and asked me to stop talking to her she basically told me to shut up. WOW. I mean if you work at customer service, one of the important part of your job is to interact with customers, isn’t it right? You cannot just tell someone stop talking, especially if it’s a client of the store. Unbelievable. I asked for the manager but this woman refused to call someone and then asked me to stop talking again. And all of it happened while I was returning an item to her, I provided a receipt and a product in its original packaging so there was absolutely no reason for such behaviour! I hope the store manager will take this comment seriously because this is unacceptable. Thank you

Called 3 days in a row. Once in the morning. Once in the afternoon. Whether you dial french, english, online order or customer service, it does not matter. No one will answer
