Horrible customer service. I was returning an item and was served by a woman who was extremely rude she never introduced herself and didn’t have a badge but I heard coworker called her Massara. She was very unprofessional, very rude and on top of that at some point she told me that she didn’t want talk to me anymore and asked me to stop talking to her she basically told me to shut up. WOW. I mean if you work at customer service, one of the important part of your job is to interact with customers, isn’t it right? You cannot just tell someone stop talking, especially if it’s a client of the store. Unbelievable. I asked for the manager but this woman refused to call someone and then asked me to stop talking again. And all of it happened while I was returning an item to her, I provided a receipt and a product in its original packaging so there was absolutely no reason for such behaviour! I hope the store manager will take this comment seriously because this is unacceptable. Thank you

My order is scheduled for today, however, when I call to verify around what time the delivery will be at my place, I was told that they don’t have anything on schedule for today delivery??? After verifying, customer service lady told me that someone in the delivery department will call. But no one has ever called me back.nWe took a day off from work to receive the order 300 bags of soils for the garden we planned for today as the rest of the week will be raining. I don’t want to miss the order so I went direct to the store and, after waiting for about 20 minutes, I finally got served by Marie and was informed from her that my order is now ready, she said : “you are lucky that I can find someone who is available and will delivery your order today”nI got home and waiting until now, 6:30 PM and absolutely nothing has arrived. I called Rona but no one answered the phone. Very disappointed about Rona.I hope someone can call me back to fix the problem for me.

Second year in a row ordering and never getting it fulfilled. For the third time ordered a few of their trellises and they did not prepare it. I’ve called the store at least a dozen times, they never answer the phone, poor management, lazy staff, and terrible customer service. Do not order online for pick up, you’re likely to never get it, they simply cancel it if your item is on a sku instead of unpacking and preparing it for you.

Horrible, 4 staff had no idea which aisle the repair cement is in also they didn’t even know the brands and one just told me straight out to go to Canadian tire who actually doesn’t even have cement! Insane the worst Rona ever

i went to rona+blv Galaxy d'Anjou and i asked for Sylvain was very nice. polite they my friend call the store asked to put a patio set a side and he did that i was very happy for it i will go see him when i need stuff
