This Home Depot branch is one of the largest and has everything you need. I just wish they had choices for gecko and rodent repellant too. When I visited in August 2025, they had a very interesting collection for Halloween.
I had a great experience shopping for a Father’s Day gift! Josie and Manny were incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful throughout the entire process. With their assistance, I picked out a Husky tool organizer and a car jack for my husband—he’s going to love them! Excellent customer service made the whole experience even better.
I purchased an outdoor umbrella and I paid for delivery, $60 for basic delivery, $20 to take it up the elevator in my condo, plus another $10 for delivery before noon.nIT NEVER SHOWED UP!!nSo I called the store number twice and no-one answered both times, so I tried to text Home Depot on the supplied number. After a 10 minute wait and back and forth with Winifred, I was told he can't help me, I have to call the store.nnBack on the phone waiting to talk to someone.nnIncredible lousy customer service, NOT RECOMMANDED!nnYou ask me to contact you on private message. Which one? Finally spoke to Nadge at the store. I was told they were too busy this morning and my order was left behind. I was told I would get a call to confirm delivery today. Waiting for a call. Manager offered a $50 credit. I think wasting my day is worth more than $50.nUnbelievable!!nnTried calling. It rang for over 30 minutes and no one answers
I ordered a few items online for pick up at the store. The items arrived at different dates at the Home Depot, therefore I only went to Home Depot to pick them all up once I knew all the items would be available for pick up. I received the email to confirm that they were ready for me to pick all the items up. However, it was two separate emails for the two portions of the order that arrived at the store at two different dates. The problem lies in the tracking number being the same for both portions and the two portions of the order was stored in 2 different places. When I went to pick my items up, the employee, Therese, did not know how to use the computer system and took 10 minutes to find the first portion of my order. When I told her that there should be more items, she spent another 10 mins arguing with me that there is no second portion. I showed her my order history on my Home Depot app and the confirmation email that lists the items that were ready. Still, she argued with me that I only ordered the first portion of my items. I asked her repeatedly that she should find someone that is more familiar with the computer system as it was obvious that she did not know how to use it, but she refused to ask for help. Another 10 minutes of back and forth arguing and finally 2 other Home Depot employees arrive and finally help her find the second portion of my order. But it doesn't end there because Therese then can't find/print out the transaction proof which is, I guess, proof of my purchase. So she refuses to let me take my ordered items! She tells me that there is no proof of me paying for it! I explained to her that I ordered it online, and Home Depot bills me when they acknowledge that I picked up the order! She still refused to let me leave with my order, even though the box and bag that has my order have stickers on it with my name, my address, and order number. I showed them 2 photo IDs that have my name and address. Still, Therese does not let me go home with my order of 500$ worth of structural screws, fasteners, and tuffbloks. I am unable to begin my project and will need to order/find my materials elsewhere because Therese is too proud to ask someone else for help with a system she does not understand. I wasted 30 minutes and had to leave because I had an appointment.nUpdate: someone from Home Depot called later in the day to say they fixed the problem and that I can go pick up the items I ordered. No offer to compensate me for the inconvenience of lost time or for having to go twice to pick up something that should have been ready. Online ordering should be time-saving, but it sadly isn't when there are employees that do not know how to do their job and are too arrogant to ask someone else for help.
Home Depot is a reliable destination for all your home improvement needs. Their extensive selection of tools, materials, and appliances makes it easy to find exactly what you're looking for. This store is well-organized, allowing for efficient browsing.nnCustomer services are great and many employees are knowledgeable and willing to help. Prices are generally competitive, and the option for online ordering and in-store pickup adds convenience.nnOverall, Home Depot is a solid choice for anyone looking to tackle home projects, whether big or small.
