This location is absolutely terrible with communication. Dr. Stewart was the doctor for my 3 sons since they were young. I called to book an appointment today and was told that he no longer worked there and that we had to find another doctor. Ummm...what? Emails were apparently sent out in March. When I asked which email was on file for my sons, the receptionist said they didn't have one! If that's your chosen way of communication, you might want to make sure that you have this info for everyone. Brutal.

Dr. Parbhaker is so kind and attentive. The reception staff is always friendly. I’ve been going to this clinic on a weekly basis for the past few months and everyone is consistently friendly and professional. The only thing that I would improve with this clinic is that it can sometimes be hard to get through on the phone.

I would give 0 stars if i could, i have never dealt with staff like i did at this clinic. My fathers pharmacy was faxing them for weeks also stating urgent but no one in the office bothered to reply either to the pharmacy or contact my father. I dont want to go on because theres much more i can say but i will just leave it at that. This isnt the first time they are incompetent and unorganized, these are peoples lives and you need to be on top of your work!

If I could give half a star I would.nnMy dad was removed as a patient because he was trying to get his heart medication refilled. My sister called for the refills also and all she got was a snotty receptionist who was basically laughing at her. Ridiculous. Please do better.

I had an appointment with dr Parbhakar today and she was very nice and professional. The reception and nurse were also very polite, it is nice to deal with nice people thanks for the great service.
