Horrible experience. I went to buy a Primula Cold Brew Coffee pot. Which they had to my glee because I had just broken mine and they advertised it on their website as "In Stock". When I got to the register I was told I could not purchase the one I found because it was there ONLY for display and asked if I wanted to order one. Why would I go to a local store to ORDER? They actually keep a display item and show it as in stock just for orders only. They do not actually keep the product in the store. PERFECT IDEA, put it on the shelf, taunt us with promises of it being "in stock", then when I go there to buy, offer to order it. Short of the old days of Sears where you went to order from a catalog (ancient history) WHO WOULD EVER DO THIS?? If I'm going to order, I will order directly from Amazon or Primula and pay less. I wanted it now which is why I took time to visit your store using a CANE because I'm disabled. Never going back, you're idiots.
