I wish i could give this store negative stars. Don't visit this store. i am not sure about their tactics. I bought a calculator from that store at 7.50pm on 8th april and am writing this review at 9.30 pm the same night. At the billing i, there was a guy forcing me so much to get a warranty on a $11 product for 2 years. He made us so busy in his thing that we didn't focus on the girl who was billing my item. When we picked up this calculator, it was working fine. But when we picked it from the billing counter, we didn't notice that it was working or not. At home, when i was trying to turn it on, it was not working. i thought there might be a battery problem, i opened it, and i saw there is this black wire, which was free, wasn't even connected to any circuit. Which means that when we deny taking a warranty, they might have changed the item, and they didn't even give us any receipt. If not, how is that possible? This store is just 3 minutes away from my place, and this wire gets disconnected in my car by itself? My partner has a maths exam tomorrow morning at 8 am she came after her shift, and she has to study. We paid a stress at this store. It's not about money. it's about the trouble and stress she might face before the exam. We have to go to some other store to buy a calculator rather than studying.
i went there today at 6:40 pm to scan 4 documents only, and returned at 7:50 it took me an hour to wait inside so that somebody can help me out, the girl on the counter said machines not working and didn’t helped me at all, She was just there making weird faces. i went to their manager to inform this, and one of their staff member named YASH came and yelled at me in front of 5-10 people that why you informed my manager, its a self service area- Well i know its a self service but i can’t fix your machines if machine is asking for login SO you guys are the one who can provide that,, and you guys have no right to yell at your customers or raise your voice, my question is what are you guys there for?? Their senior manager Jackie was great he understood my situation and assured me that he will chat with those employees.
I had an extremely frustrating experience at the Staples on King George. The manager was incredibly rude and seemed more interested in taking our money than providing any kind of service. We paid for printing, but they wouldn't even let us print. The staff, except for Jill, were incompetent and unhelpful, adding to the overall terrible experience. I won't be returning and would advise others to avoid this location as well. With all due respect the manger was not in the right mental capacity, and was trying to impend some sort of scene. Very disappointing and will be definitely not be a returning customer.
Unacceptable Service Staples!!!nnOur initial order was of very low quality, with the print looking unprofessional and substandard. Despite this setback, we decided to give your company another chance. For our second order, we paid extra for high-quality paper and were told it would take 5-7 days to complete. We were supposed to receive an email notification upon completion. However, we received no updates and had to visit your location to discover that our cards had not been printed due to a layout issue. This problem originated from one of your personnel's handling of the file, not from our side.nnNow, with significant delays already affecting our business, you propose to reprint the cards without guaranteeing that the same problem won't recur. This lack of assurance is unacceptable and has caused us considerable inconvenience.nnThis experience has been highly disruptive to our business, and we expect a swift resolution to restore our confidence in your services.
I'm very grateful that the manager on duty today recovered my husband's driver's license, which I took to make a copy of around the 15th. But my mistake was in the store. Although today the door clerk gave me three directions to find the lost property.
