There was a line with around 15 or more people for drop off and one person working. I left my place in line and told them that was ridiculous. They were very nice and said there were 2 more coming soon. I suggested that they tell that to the waiting people and left. They do not provide paper towels or a dryer in the restroom just fyi. Unfortunately a big waste of time.

I’ve visited this location several times for returns and haven’t had the best experiences, but since it’s the closest to my home, I still end up coming here. Today, after quite a while, I finally had a positive experience thanks to Jovan. He provided excellent customer service, handled everything efficiently, and made the interaction genuinely pleasant. I really appreciated the conversation!

I’ve consistently had disappointing experiences with drop‑off locations that rely on drop‑shipping. They often appear understaffed, with only one person available to handle return packages, which leads to delays and frustration. Improved staffing and support would make the process much smoother

She was very polite, respectful, and patient while assisting me with all my questions.nnI have been coming to this location for many years, and her professionalism and warm smile always stand out. She greets customers kindly and makes the whole experience smooth and pleasant. No question ever feels unimportant to her, and she is always happy to help.nnBecause of her excellent service, I prefer visiting this location and my family does as well. Very disappointed with the service at Staples #176 on King George. My experience with Assistant Manager Tooba was unpleasant due to her unprofessional attitude and poor customer service. I felt that my concerns were not taken seriously and that the information provided to me was inconsistent. Customers deserve to be treated with respect and honesty. I hope management addresses these issues and works toward improving the overall customer experience.
