Staples

I was just told I could not use their photocopier with the paper I purchased from THEIR store! I was suggested to try another store location as other store locations may not have a problem with it! You need to rethink your policy Staples!

Good store but generally very overpriced. Yes they price match, but you shouldn't have to ask for that to get a decent price. Sometimes they do have sales, but it's hit and miss.

Got what I needed to get done the staff was quite slow and started to help multiple people after they had already started to assist me. But overall wasn't a bad experience it would have just been nice to have been taken care of in line sequence.

Ordered a print job that was guaranteed to be ready for a specific time. Big surprise - it wasn't. Sometimes print delays happen. So then you should send out a system email to notify your customers, so they can make alternate arrangements. Sounds too hard? Well it's easier to just avoid printing with Staples and use someone reliable then! Or the alternative, phone the store the minute the job should be ready, asking them if it's indeed ready. If they get tired of answering your queries, they should realize it's time to build an order system that notifies customers.

I've never walked into a Staples and been able to print something without complications and paying too much. Decided to go in to print an 11x17 but ciuldnt because the computers where you can log in don't print that size. I was told I had to send the file via email to their system but the file was too big. Thought about buying a usb drive from them, log into their system, which charges by the minute and download and export the file to the usb and possible print it. Their 32gb usb drives cost $60 :D needless to say I walked out and don't intend to come back. This store is the biggest piece of s**** for printing and buying any supplies as everything is so over priced. What a dump
