I submitted my Acer all-in-one PC worth $900 on March 3rd, and it's been over a month with no resolution. again today it was sent backnnThe PC was making excessive noise and not functioning properly, but instead of fixing the issue, they sent it back to me with the back panel opened on March 16 2026. When I brought it back, the panel was unscrewed back on, after Mr Zakir out the screw on and powered it ,it's the same as on March 3 the same problem persists. On March 3 2026, The manager, Sukriti, blamed me for yelling which I deny and I said I don't want to talk to you and her all team members were so ridiculous whole talking to their customer and refused to take responsibility for the issue.nnI asked to geek squad to refund or a proper repair, but it's been a nightmare will see what next is coming however I being online worker I am without my equipment.nnThe customer service is non-existent, and the staff seems more interested in selling warranties and memberships than actually helping customers.nnTo all Canadians, especially those in Surrey, BC, I strongly advise against visiting Best Buy Surrey Central. Their service is subpar, and they're not interested in standing behind their products.nn*UPDATE*: I've been trying to contact Geek Squad online, and they're just passing the buck. I've been told to talk to the local store, but the local store is sending my product again back to the same geek squad which just sent my product back as is without repair and opened panel. What I can expect from geek squad nownn*DO NOT BUY FROM BEST BUY SURREY CENTRAL and do not put the trust on Geek Squad. Instead biy from Costco. If being a loyal customer of best buy I can face these problems then new client don't expect anything. Find a different Best Buy location or take your business elsewhere like Costco, walmart, staples who didn't asked any question and work for you.*

Last yesterday I visited surrey central best buy. Yatin is good guy .He is new. But the manager team not guide him properly. How to explain everything. Regarding charges fees refund or not. He is open my laptop and says that pay a fees 40 dollars. To check microphone work or not. I am paying 40 dollars. After he talk to a rude girl. She is working there years. She speak with me very attitude manners. Unexpected behavior. She says that paying 200dollars.if you have a need to work your microphone. Otherwise join our membership paying only twenty dollars every month. I am saying that I am not accepting your proposals. Please returns to back my money. She says that no return. I am says you no guide me no any return position. But at last return my money. Then I am saying calling police. Complate your scam.

I’m now very satisfied with this Hisense Portable Air Conditioner and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable and efficient unit.

I bought a power bank and when I opened the box it's empty only the cable is inside! The store should take better action regarding theft.

He informed me that I also needed to bring my PR card. I went back home, retrieved the required ID, and returned to the store.nnBy then, Karan was busy and handed me over to another representative, Balshinder. Unfortunately, my experience with him was very disappointing. First, he did not seem interested in helping me and spent time standing in front of me chatting with other team members while I waited. Second, he immediately stated that a PR card was not acceptable as identification. It appeared that he was not familiar with what a PR card is. For clarity, PR stands for Permanent Resident, and it is a valid and important form of government-issued identification.nnThe very next day, I visited the Best Buy location on Scott Road, where Mayank assisted me. He was able to help me get the plan using only my PR Card and did not ask for my Passport or SIN number at all.nnThis raises concerns about inconsistency in knowledge or service. Either other sales representatives are better trained than Balshinder, or he was intentionally unwilling to help.nnI would like to remind staff that this is a professional workplace, not a personal space. Customers spend a significant amount of time waiting in line, and we expect staff to be attentive, knowledgeable, and respectful while doing their jobs.
