Best Buy

My go to store for all my electronic needs... Has been since the day it's opened... Always been a pleasure to go to... Definitely the adult version of toys r us for me.... Had a bad experience "1" time in all of the many many years I have been going there but it was dealt with in a sincere manner and I truly felt at the end of the day that they DO put their customers first... So much so that I felt the need to edit my review here. Not many companies will go out of their way to make a single customer feel cared about and appreciated they way this company has. I would highly recommend Best Buy to anyone who is needs any electronics or needs help in technology... They staff at this store have always been very helpful and will go out of their way to make sure your needs are met. Aman, the GM, does an incredible job at making sure customers are happy and that their individual needs are taken care of. Can't say enough about how Best Buy values their customers. Will definitely continue going there!

Very poor service today.. Boxing day today and there was a bundle I really wanted to get. A laptop and a headset. I was one of the first to get into best buy and yet the warehouse could not get me my product until 1 hour later. Also they didn't even give me everything in the bundle. I'm pretty bummed I don't get to enjoy virtual reality.

My review is for the mobile phone department only. My go to place to buy phones and sign up for plans. From here, you can look and compare plans, promos, and prices that all the carriers are providing at the time. In addition to the carriers' promotions, best buy sometimes has their own deal on top of that, like a free gift card or something. I recieved amazing customer service from the workers & managers here, who really do know their stuff. But for buying a phone, I recommend any location. I trust their opinion because they make NO COMMISSION from selling you phones, unlike the actual phone carrier employees.

I recently renovated my house and had to buy few appliances for my house. I talked to the appliance manager and he gave me an amazing deal. Made me really happy. One of the best places to do your shopping 100%.

DO NOT GO THERE I went there to ask the geek squad about a problem with my computer, they kept saying I had to bring it in, ( why my hard drives weren't working )...so went home and brought it, the skinny nerd guy wouldn't give me any answer just wanted to keep pushing to get the techs to look at it ( $80 or so ) just to look at it, didn't even bother or care, just keep pushing to make me pay first.... In turn I didn't pay it, and went somewhere else which explained it for free in less then 5 minutes. Ill never ever go there for an issue like that again...
