Sears Department Store

Always had a great experience here. Always found what I needed or If I didn't, many times this Sears location has gone out of there way to supply me with something I need that was a) either out of stock or b) help me with a product outside of Sears manufactures and supply. Staff was always knowledgeable and kind.sad to see them go. Good wishes and love to the staff, management and owner.

Sears has been here forever, and they were finally starting to clean up the store and bring in some more modern and not dated brands. It's a shame that they didn't think to do this years ago. Even in liquidation their prices are still overpriced.

Scam alert !! Purchased a washer / Dryer and paid in full about two weeks ago. They set the delivery day which is tomorrow. Just got a call from Sears center and said the machines are not in stock and cannot do anything. We had a similar issue with other appliance last year and it was purchased over online. Was stupid enough to come back to sears... thought it would be better if bought on person. *sigh* ----- added Something special? We went back for a refund since the machine was no longer available and the Clerk said " if you'd ask nicely, we will refund it for you" Wow...

Same Sears everybody knows, with a positive highlight on The Cut @Sears - one can find some really nice stuff at decent or almost decent prices. The surprise came at the cash register when they put what we bought in trash bags!!! It would be almost laughable if it wouldn't be sad.

Its ok... The girls clearance area IS A MESS. Even boy clothes are there. Bras are cheap. Good justice has the same quality ones for 22 dollars and heres its only 6$. Not very good at organizing. Mess everywhere. 4 stars because my last times here were good.
