The Manager at this Store is the Best ever so helpful and really goes out of His way ...
Ordered a bunch of stuffs. Not only it was incomplete delivery but they claim they delivered my couch care kit which was not even given to me. I asked for it and the reply they gave was if you signed it, it means you got it. To be clear, I asked them to deliver at a specific time which they agreed and the delivery guy calls me totally off guard when I am in the process of moving to a new place. So in between that is when they came for delivery. Now the rug problem, I am still to receive it after more than 2.5 months. What do you say. This store does not even deserve any star, but we are forced to put minimum one star.
One piece of advice to all the people, "NEVER BUY FROM BRICK"

I buy almost all my furniture from the Brick, but not this one! If you want great customer service, go to the Langley Brick. My wife and I went in to buy a dining set, and all the sales associate cared about was her commission. First she offered us 35% off regular price, it was a one day before black Friday sale, but then turned around and told us the best she could do was give us the set for what is was already advertised online, higher than 35% off. I explained to her that if I wanted to pay that price, I didn't need her, and she agreed, but said that was the lowest she could go, and not even the manager could do any better. We left in disgust, and got an even better deal, on the same set, the same day, at the Langley location. We were so happy with the deal we were getting that we ended up buying a fireplace/entertainment unit and two expensive pillows as well. Had the original sales associate treated us as a loyal customer, instead of as a paycheck, she would've made a huge commission off of us.

When you get in to buy something they promise you this and that. My sofa delivery which I'm still waiting for was to be at my place today. Now they are telling me they don't know where my sofa set is???? That's the answer you get from the associates when you buy something outright because they don't care as long as they have made their sales.

Only a retard would go buy from this store.
Stuff came late, incomplete, and broken. They make the order take the money, then not deliver, then say it is out of stock.
For the GM of the company, you are a failure and you need to resign, someone else that can put a proper process for delivering customer value.

Nothing against this store in particular but I will never buy stuff from The Brick again. I'd go to iKea any day over The Brick. I ordered my bed in the hopes of moving into my new place after my wedding. The day before my wedding, I decide to assemble my bed so my wife and I can have a good night sleep. I opened the all the packaging and realized it was missing 1 set of bolts.
I called and was told they have to order the bolts and it's gonna take 6 weeks. What a joke. Who on Earth is gonna wait 6 weeks to build their bed!? I requested to speak with the manager because I know the sales rep can't make a decision and I had no intention to give her a hard time.
Long story short, the manager was suppose to call me back but never did and I had to find a solution myself. Ikea may not be selling fancy bed frames but their customer service is top notch. I can reply on them to help me solve the problem.
