Excellent customer service. Will always go out of their way to try and get you what ever item you are wanting. Yes you pay double or triple if you take the time to pay but if you pay it out earlier or double or triple up on your payments it doesn't cost as much.. It is a great way to help rebuild your credit rating. Remember if you had a great credit rate or lots of money then you wouldn't need to use services like this. That being said. I like the convenience and freedom to hagen the things I like. The surrey store and Kathy at that store and her staff are fantastic to deal with.
I can't say enough about this company. From the front staff, Kathy in accounts to the drivers. I realize that in the end I am paying way more than the furniture is worth. But it allows people to have a restart with nice furniture. They remind you that your payments are coming out and in the end, it is helping me rebuild my credit. I highly recommend store 107 in Surrey.
I decided to remove to own a couple items from this store and although I had to sign a mountain of paperwork and the total price of the items after the payments are finished, the total cost of the items are about double to triple. It is a great option if you are on a budget and want to pay anywhere from 12 to 30 dollars bi-weekly for a while. Staff were great and I'm very satisfied with what I have purchased.

I don’t even know we’re to start with this company. They are the best. Friendly service when you walk into the store they are welcoming you with smiles. Service calls to help you remember your payments with life being so busy. The delivery service is wonderful comes to my home and treats it like his owe. Easy Home in Surrey is the best ever. I have been being with Easy home for 10 plus years and I wouldn’t go any were else. I have tried to go other places but they never offer me the deals that Easy home in Surrey does. I love this place and the workers in it. Kathy is the best and always will be.
I have been dealing with this location for several years now. The manager and staff are amazing. They are always understanding and go out od their way to help find what I'm looking for. The delivery people are just as accommodating, from taking away the packaging to even helping assemble I have never had a negative interaction with any member of their staff. I highly recommend giving them a visit.
Best Easyhome ever! Kelsey & Ashley and Kasey are the best customer service experience I ever had. I will continue only at this branch and thankful for the service I get with this team! You guy's are amazing and thank you for your hard work!!
Staff is helpful a bit pushy for commissions. If u have really bad credit u still can get the item you want. The final price you will be paying is extremely high but if like me credit really bad I had no other option. I am still paying for my laptop but all I can say is this is the first computer that I have owned new not used so I am happy about them giving me the opportunity to do this and it is helping my credit score now too.
It's a 3star for now. "Leased" two items only to come in and get them and find out one can't b leased all of a sudden. Week of emails says different. And had bought games to go with the PS4 I was getting. Got told Tuesday it will get figured out when boss back. Not impressed.
I am so happy with my experience with this Easyhome location. The management and staff have always accommodated my needs and have always worked with me to make sure I'm satisfied. I have been with them for over 3 years now, and will definitely continue to be a customer of theirs for many years to come. Outstanding Customer Service from this location!
