We went for a family weekend break. The hotel is pet friendly, but does not provide any pet patch in the hotel. We walked the dog around the block. We were impressed with the customer service, cleaning staff and a great breakfast each morning. I will definitely visit this hotel in downtown Vancouver again. We love the proximity to Grandville Island. Walked about 600 metres and got on a water taxi. Spend the day around False Creek. Was great.

Absolutely wonderful!  Customer service was fantastic and the room was outstanding!  I have stayed at many hotels including the  Fairmont.  Residence Inn by Marriott is by far, the best. 

-Online booking was easy.
-The gentlemen at check in and out were very helpful and courteous.
-Parking was convenient and secure.
- The room had a decent view, the bed and pillows were very comfortable. The size of the room was impressive. The room had everything you could need,  and more. 
- Great and ideal location. 

I can honestly say,  this is the only hotel I will book for all future visits to Vancouver.

Stay there for 2 weeks. For the price you really can't beat it. It's like having your own 600 square foot apartment in downtown Vancouver. Facilities are well maintained and cleaned and breakfast is included. I will definitely be back next time I'm in the area.

Great hotel. Mini-suites are handy for longer stays. Good free breakfast.  Pool and exercise room are right-sided.  Gets extremely busy in tourist season.

Rooms were beautiful and spacious. Great view of the beautiful city of Vancouver. Short distance from excellent restaurants and Rogers Arena. The staff are courteous and professional. Will definitely be staying here again the next we are in Vancouver.
