i have just been completley ripped off from this storage , i was told i could move out at a certain time and now they have taken another payment out of my credit card and i cant even get in the gate if i wanted. wow , what a rip off bunch . they are so two faced bunch of loosers , scammers . ive been there 19 months and never had a problem until i wanted to move , i guess they cant rent it fast enough so they stole the money from me. wow , i check my credit card today to notice another 25.00 charge . i cant get in the gate , its paid in full till dec 12 . no responses back from loosers that run the place , wow this needs to be stopped. ive never seen such whits trash running this place

Got a locker here yesterday, so far so good... you apparently need a credit card though, not sure if they offer an alternative option if you don't have one though... seems pretty secure though...

My Father and I have rented from here for many many years now and the staff have always been friendly, very helpful, and informative to our questions and payment options. We've only had one complaint and that was about other people using the facility taking up a full lane so no one could drive by or get through. The matter was handled quickly and efficiently by the staff to notify the people who owned the vehicles, made note of the matter, and apologized for the inconvenience since the people had blocked many people from ease of access to their lockers, us included. We've never had any issues with payment, pests, theft, harassment, or anything else. There's not much more I can say to really say the service is F.A.N.T.A.S.T.I.C!!
