Rôtisserie St-Hubert

Looking for a dining experience with warm, friendly staff, where the environment is cozy and relaxed, and the food is served promptly and with a smile? Then, this is the place!nnUnfortunately, I wasn't feeling well when we arrived, but that didn't stop the staff from being gracious and accommodating. Thank-you for your kindness shown towards my family!

Warm and welcoming hostess with the most beautiful nails. My kids were in awe.nnOur waitress migrated from Newfoundland to Quebec was perfect and friendly.nnAs per usual, the food was as expected, I’ve hardly been disappointed.

The worst, driest, tasteless chicken leg and old dried out fries I have ever had. I had told my kids, while on vacation in Québec, that what they were about to have was way better than what they were used to e.g. Swiss Chalet in Toronto. Boy, was I ever wrong! It’s a real shame that the restaurant even dares to serve such a sub-par meal. Sad to see a Québec staple stoop that low in the quality of food they serve. Never, ever again!nnFURTHER UPDATE: I was contacted promptly the next day after my posting by a customer specialist who requested and was provided with every detail of the issue at hand. Following several email exchanges, I was requested my phone number for the Manager of the restaurant to follow-up with me. This was on July 14 and up to today, end of the day July 16, as expected, no phone calls and no follow-ups. Shows how serious customer service at St. Hubert is. I’ll just leave it at that. My recommendation is to stay away from this restaurant, even if you are starving. You won’t be disappointed!

We had a good time. The restaurant is cozy. It has a lot of parking spaces. The service was good and quick. The food was tasty, but the chicken and the rice could be better. We would come back though.
