Shoutout to the man with glasses behind the first counter when you walk in. He was so patient and educational about my questions. I walked in completely ignorant just getting into all this stuff. Lol. He was also concerned about my symptoms in a way you could tell come from the heart, sometimes wit doctors or other health professionals you feel like just another number. But I just felt like he cared and it was comforting especially as somebody that has lost both a dad and step dad. He was giving dad vibes in the best way. Thank you!nAnd thank you to the lady at the counter in the far back for helping me for the Eminence 2-in-1 acne mask and treatment! Looked everywhere for that stuff but nobody in the city had any - til I found you guys. Just the sweetest woman. I didn’t catch her name but she had a darker skin tone and yes she was just the absolute best. Sometimes I feel loomed down on for having a less conventional look but the people here treated me with love and as an equal and I just love that so much in today’s world. Thank you for being your amazing selves!
The staff are friendly, helpful, and very knowledgable. The store is always clean, and products are well-placed. It's great there isn't just one option for what I'm looking for. My favourite holistic store!
The staff are great and really knowledgeable. They helped me find what I needed and made great suggestions and gave me some helpful samples. As a long-time customer, I know I can count on them.
Our experience was 5 star. The staff was friendly, knowledgable, and helpful, but not pushy. For your supplemental needs, I recommend this store.
The staff are always helpful and take time to explain the products. I love the skin care lines, and even better when there are sales.
