This place is a serious gem in the city. Not only does it have a large selection of product, but they also have a natural spa within their space. I booked a sugaring there and found the space beautiful, and the technician kind and attentive to any questions I had.

Very unhappy with your return policy. Unfortunatly i was never offered a sample of the product and was unhappy with the results on my skin. An exchange (for one of my most liked product) would of been greatly appreciated for the 45$ i’ve wasted on a product that will never be used again! 
WILL NEVER BE COMING BACK TO ANY OPTIMUM HEALTH AGAIN FOR THIS LACK OF CUSTOMER SERVICE AND UNDERSTANDING. (And again a sample was never offered to me so it is your staff own responsibility & fault when a customer is trying a new product in case this happens) I am beyond insulted and frustrated with your company and will be passing the word around!

I usually love this store. However my experience makes me contemplate not going back. I went in to buy several small bottles, I had my items ready to go and was waiting to pay, but the man at the counter completely ignored me. When I did finally get a chance to pay he didn’t give me a bag. So I had to walk out with ten small bottles in my arms. I’m very disappointed in the service I received today.

This place is awesome. I wish I knew about it sooner. It sells a vast amount of natural and organic vitamins, supplements, skin and hair care. They were very helpful and informative.

Optimum Health carries all I need in the way of supplements, superfoods, body, bath and hair products, and my absolute fave is Koyla Naturals, full of concocting supplies for making my own body creams, body sprays and herb al teas. Try this: Cornflower, Oatstraw and Rose Petals combined make a divine tea for calming the nerves and senses at the end of the day, with a subtle flavour everyone seems to enjoy. Also, Optimum carries homeopathic remedies from Boiron-- quality products that help my whole family.
