This gym is open 24 hours. Now that is something which not everybody would utilize to the fullest but it does give options to who so ever needs it. All in all the gym is clean and disciplined. The equipments are maintained and the staff is also polite. Would recommend the gym to others for the price and package it offers. Kudos to Anytime Fitness...

Pros: Personal trainers and class instructors are well qualified and produce good results. Cons: The cleanliness of the facility has gone downhill with the constant changing of staff. No one seems to have ownership for cleaning and sanitizing washrooms, shower areas, regularly emptying garabage, and generally keeping the place clean. For example, the shower floor in the handicap washrom is covered in grit and hair. The main focus seems to be increasing membership with clealiness a distant secondary consideration when/if time permits.

I've been going to this gym for a year now and it's been great. It's a little small and the equipment is kind of old but they're in the process of renewing it but it takes time of course. The staff are incredibly helpful and have a great deal of knowledge. Group based trainings are my favourite and the trainers are really dedicated!

I love this facility, clean and well maintained! The classes are the best here with well trained excellent trainers! I have lost a lot of weight and gained strength by taking Suzy's classes four times a week, she works hard by improvising and bringing in new workout routine in each class so every class is different and interesting....my body is really toned and strong now! Even the yogalates class with kaitlyn and cardio+strength session with Amelio has helped me in gaining confidence and fitness! I highly recommend this gym!

Pros: the price and the fact that it's open 24/7 365 so I can train during holidays and in the middle of the night. Recent renovations have made it better. Clean. 2 really good power racks with some good attachments, TRX bands, multiple cable stations, really good free weight selection for real lifters. Cons: No change rooms, just 3 bathrooms, no sitting calf machine, no hack squat machine and no glute machines but it's ok the free weights are great and all I need for leg building plus the new power racks are great.
