Been going to this gym on and off for over 15 years. One of the few GoodLife gyms that has plate-loaded Hammer Strength machines and duplicates of a lot of other machines... which minimizes wait times. Friendly staff and good trainers too. And open 24/7. Couldn’t ask for much more!

Well maintained location - equipment is updated on a regular basis and staff maintain clean environment. New treadmills and flat screen TVs installed recently.  Clientele is generally older than highschool/college age. Parking is always available in evenings after 7pm. No free wifi. Complete variety of free/machine weights and cardio equipment.

Great location, only negative is that there are only 3 squat racks. Good luck nabbing one at rush hours

I love this location. It's always clean and I never had to wait for a machine. It's a huge plus that it is a 24/7 location. No issues so far
