A Victory Inn

Terrible place I've been coast to coast and 14 countries and have never been to a worse place. I feel like I gave up some morals to stay here.

Room I got this time was gross but me and my girlfriend were too tired to move rooms just got extra sheets threw em on top of the comforter and heater kept kicking out cold air. toilet over flowed.. room 106.. I usually get put in 116 every weekend which I thought was bad but this one was worse I guess if they actually cleaned the room if the heat worked and the sheets underneath we're clean..and was warm and not cold or been clean and not looked like they just threw the comforter on top of the bed and changed the sheets!!I wouldn't be bitching as much there was no towels cigarette butts in the drawer next to the bed full of butts and smoke water tampon in drawer.. I just was so tired got sheets and went to bed! Phone to front desk even had small cochroaches underneath it!! Gross I didn't want to even deal with guy at desk caz he was the one who gave the room the night before.. I wanted to get my money back. But whatever I was too tired and in a hurry! Just said I'll call when I have a chance to talk to manager. I'll call soon!!

Avoid at all cost, you are better off sleeping in your car, trust me. If you stay there be prepared to get bed bugs removed from all your belongings because this place has an infestation, along with blood, seman, and a variety of foreign substances on the beds and floors. They have rude and disrespectful workers that try to scam you out of money by blaming you for damage that's already done to the room. This place is a NIGHTMARE!

Bed bug motel. Proven fact on tape bugs, ceiling leaking, black mold everywhere even inside ice hopper, not only do you have to deal with all of that but front desk clerks are rude too even if you do pay how rude

As we normally would, we checked into a room, got to a room and the heater didn't work. So, we had the front desk guy come to check the heat out and we went back to the front desk to get another room, and again we were put into another room with a broken heater. So we suggested we would just leave but because we were there for a total of 25 minutes trying to get some type of heat, which never happened, we decided we wanted our money back and we'd go elsewhere. Because the rule says after 15 minutes, no refunds, we were unable to get our $55 back after switching to two separate rooms being unsatisfied. This place is absolutely ridiculous. I suggest nobody goes here unless you would like to freeze.
