Extended Stay America Hotel Detroit - Roseville

This ES is the worst one I have visited. Most of the staff is great, but the building and amenities are not. I have stayed in 2 rooms here and both have several issues. The dishes are worn out, towels not always in good shape, breakfast not always supplied completely. It's like they are saying "get what I give you and shut up". Bad attitude. Manager is not good either.

If i could give zero i would. Rude staff and gross rooms stains on sheets and the smell was awful. Totally disgusting.....

Our house was destroyed by a fire and this is where the insurance allowed us to stay. The rooms are nice and the staff is lovely. They're lively and several times we're there to help us when we needed it. The building is located next to a free for fast travel, several well priced gas stations, and is located also next to several shopping centers as well as full fledged grocery stores. Would highly recommend.

If you like the smell of McDonald's and weed in the morning, choose this hotel. I did not have a great experience here. On the 1st night I got in and my room smelled like cigaret smoke and was then given another room. This room was fine, however I woke up in the morning, opened the door to the bathroom, and got hit with a wave of McDonald's smell. The exhaust fans must lead to other rooms, I don't know any other explanation. I'm giving it 2 stars because of decent coffee and minimal breakfast selection in the morning. Also the, the price isn't terrible for this level of quality. Customer service isn't great but they are willing to accommodate in the case of cigaret smoke. The halls and elevators wreak of marijuana.

Room stink and doesn't smell fresh. Towels are dingy and soiled. Staff acts dumb founded about everything except yo money. Room smelled like vacant house.
