I really wanted to give this place a 5...I really did. The rooms are beautiful and include a microwave and mini fridge. Bed linens are crisp, clean and mattresses are spotless. I always check mattresses... the only complaint I have is with the bathrooms. I've stayed twice and the tubs are just yuk. They have been painted to look white and I appreciate the attempt to give it a clean appearance. However, they aren't clean and I'm sure any real cleanser would make the paint peal. The hair dryer in the rooms should be taken down or updated. They look like an electrocution waiting to happen. The owner is a complete hottie and gave me a great deal on a 1pm check out. The rooms are 55 bucks ladies and gentleman and are comparable to any of the downtown hotels that will charge you your first born for the same quality. It's right off 94, near IHOP and Meijer. The perfect after hour spot! Check it out.

Being cussed out as we speak by the front desk I paid for the best room and this lady called me an my wife names that i can not put on here ! Great customer service two thumbs down

It was nice and clean.. I had the room with the Jacuzzi inside very clean.. I recommend staying here.

Rooms are very clean. Beds are extremely comfortable. And the manager (Bridge) will do anything to make you happy

The rooms in the hotel itself are nice. The beds are very comfortable. The flatscreens are nice and the cable offers enough channels. The internet is great. Bathrooms are adequate. My problem is the staff. I understand the area is not the greatest, but the staff should not treat every guest as if they are there to cause trouble. No staff should be outside trying to listen to private conversations.
