Microtel Inn & Suites by Wyndham Roseville/Detroit Area

Got a great night's sleep since the beds were very comfortable. The room was clean and nice. It had a cute window seat. The only drawback was very small towels, the shampoo came in packets, and the lot was not plowed. So, double check as you pack to bring your own shampoo,etc. if possible. Otherwise, this hotel was not too bad.

Me and my family will never go here again. They have bed bugs. My husband went to tell the front desk they told us to wait till the owner came the next morning. I told them this is something that needs to be taken care of. They say they can't do anything until it gets inspected. My husband took a picture of the one he killed and showed them they act like they didn't care. Plus they put so much chlorine in the pool it hits you hard and strong before you even get in the pool area. I don't recommend this as a family hotel or for others to go.

First room we got smelled not great. They gave us a better room for no extra charge. It was a pretty decent room for the peice. They do have an indoor pool as well which is nice. Staff was friendly. Great value for the price.

The place is nice, but I have a complaint about the management letting minors (girls) run around the pool area hardly anything on, after the pool is supposedly be closed. I have seen them jumping in and out of the pool without any clothes on, no parents in sight, and no life guard on duty. I have informed the manager numerious times, (all 7 days that I have there). Please do something. This is stupid.

Online it states that they have a Jacuzzi...... turns out, that was a lie. The pool was full of unattended children. The halls were full of noise all night. Not my idea of a relaxing evening😑 But, the rooms are nicely decorated😏
