Flamingo Motel

It is an old seedy motel from around the late 50 ' s early 60 ' s that now charges from what I understand is $20 per room - complete with mirrored ceilings over the bed. At some point it appears renovations began and they ran out of money. The are vehicle with flat tires in the parking lot. Questionable people in and out of rooms. I personally did not go inside of any rooms there. I was asked to pickup someone at that location. I was concerned enough that I got my car turned around quickly and left. Hope that paints a vivid enough picture that is not a place that the average person would be caught at.

The place is nice for the price.. The people who post bad reviews are the same people who want first class flight privilege when they can barely afford to fly coach.. Im sure Some people has had a bad experience but over all its a nice place and has very reasonable prices..

Decent little place. Still undergoing remodeling and everything needs to be updated. It's cheap and they have hourly rates.

Management refused an UBER driver to pick up a passage on there premises. Called the ploice and made the party walk a mile in the snow to the next open business. She will never use there motel and it has been black listed by UBER.

Cocaine seals under the bed, crack pipes, heroin wrappers, used hypodermic needles, search for that had not been vacuumed and easily a month. Do yourself a favor and find a cardboard box on 8 Mile and stay in it for free and it's a step above the Flamingo inn hotel or whatever that trash bin is called
