Red Roof Inn Detroit - St Clair Shores

The room was cute and comfy. A good size for what we paid. Everything worked fine and the beds were comfortable. Service seemed good. And I've always loved being able to park right in front of your room.

Terrible....hair in the bed. Sheets clearly not changed.cigarette butts under the mattress. The front desk is not answering the phone to hear any complaints.

Worse experience!!!! BED BUG ALERT!! im not picky when it comes to a place to crash for a few hours after a 9 hour drive but holy Lord. Hair in the beds, dripping heat and A/C unit, the tub looked to have black mold around it and I ended up coming home with bed bug bites everywhere on my body last week ( still dealing with the aftermath). We stayed two different nights and the second night we paid for the "bigger suite" well don't bother it literally looks like the same room as the regular rooms with the same small ass Beds! housekeepimg needs to be fired and new crew needs micro managed for cleanliness. AVOID!!!!!

Great location; lots of restaurants and shopping! Bed was very comfortable too! Missed not having a coffee pot in the room though

The rooms were clean and nice. The staff was nice. Best sleep I have had at a hotel in a long time.
