Was bored and decided to read the reviews while I was here. Had to boost the average against these insane bad reviews. Have had breakfast, lunch, and dinner here on multiple occasions. These guys continue to knock it out of the park. Staff is super nice and food is always on point. As someone who essentially never cooks and relies on the quality of restaurants around here, it is definitely one of the underrated gems here downtown.

Amazing food with nice and comfy atmosphere. Perfect place to enjoy your meal. Everything is so fresh and delicious as cooked by mom at home.

Hardly anything European on the menu- mostly Canadian regular stuff. With so many better choices in the area it's hard to believe they don't offer something true to their name.

Very cozy atmosphere. Menu is varied, full of different items for breakfast or dinner. I enjoyed their Strawberry Milkshake here a lot. Plus, service is fast and timely. The guy who works there is great! So friendly and very attentive.

This was our first visit to a 3 Nineteen, is never even heard of it. Delicious menu selections, all with a healthy and delicious side of fresh fruits for breakfast! Huge portions, something for everyone and very child friendly. Our server was fantastic. I would definitely go here again to try out their borscht and perogies!
