Friendly service. Had to wait a while because they were short on cars. Then had to return the next day to pick up a different vehicle since there was a problem with the first one that I had. I had to wait again but got a better vehicle and they were very accommodating. Friendly service goes a long way to make up for the inconvenience.
Returning the vehicle was also very convenient. I used their drop box since they were closed already. I always take pictures of the vehicle for my peace of mind but I did appreciate the message that they left me to say that the car was returned in good condition.

Great location with very friendly and helpful staff. They were very generous with pick-up and drop-off, and the rental and return procedure was also extremely quick. The only flip side is that there were no winter tires on a full-size car, but I guess that's standard practice in the rental industry. I would definitely rent from this location again.

HORRIBLE!
WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE possible. I have renting cars from Enterprise for over 10 years now. I have never had such a bad experience till date.
Exceptionally rude people and they make sure that they make it clear that they don’t care.
I spoke to a lady who claimed to be a supervisor and the attitude was appalling. I understand that there is no dearth of business for this location given that they are close to so many dealerships and to the airport.
But they need to treat people better. I am never ever going back to this location of Enterprise ever again. This place deserves ZERO stars but they still get one because Google does not allow me to post till I give them a star.
Update: The manager of the store called me this week and apologised for the bad service.
He also removed the extra day I was charged for. I appreciate the call back and he also ensured that the service levels would be better going forward. I appreciate the concern displayed by the manager. Thank you!

Not bad, but I noticed the price is hire than many others, and becareful about the insurance policy, you have to understand it well!!!!

EXCELLENT AND THANK YOU TO DAVID MOORE. What a great employee and team member to have and to work with. David was amazing and from the moment he greeted me at the Hotel Lobby and to your car rental branch, He had to MOST utmost customer service and I wish we have employees like him at my WORK. Keep up the great work. We will be back to rent cars from ENTERPRISE DIXIE!. Thank you David. Thank you Patrick , THE MANAGER for keeping such a great employee and I forgot one person and he was the one there at 6.15 pm when I dropped the car off. He washed and cleaned the car for the next rental. April 28-2017. Thank you everyone and Hope to see you all next time.
