Torq Car Rental Mississauga

DO NOT RENT FROM THIS PLACE! THE TOW TRUCK SENT ME THIS RENTAL AND WHEN I TRIED TO RETURN IT THEY TOLD ME TO KEEP IT UNTIL THE CLAIM IS CLOSED SO THAT THEY CAN MAKE MONEY FROM INSURANCE OR I WOULD HAVE TO PAY $250 CANCELLATION FEES. I HAD NO PLACE TO PARK IT SO THEY TOLD ME TO LEAVE IT IN THE PARKING LOT AT MY WORK. IF IT GOT TOWED IT WOULD BE MY EXPENSE. THEN I ASKED THEM TO PICK IT UP AND THEY SAID NO. WHICH IS ANOTHER WAY TO MAKE MORE MONEY. THEY SAID THEY WOULD CHARGE ME FOR PICK UP AND CHARGE ME BECAUSE THEY DON'T PICK UP ON THE WEEKENDS. THEY ARE SCAMMERS. DO NOT RENT FROM HERE.

Do not rent from this company. I rented from Torq in an IKEA parking lot following a collision and was told the rental would be charged to my insurance company. I returned the vehicle after three days and was charged $378 out of pocket (3 day rental plus a $200 late fee). Turns out that if you return the car “early”, you get hit with a big cancellation fee and they can’t charge to insurance. Don’t rent from Torq unless you want to be locked in to an inflexible 2 week rental contract.

Great service! I've used them twice and was always on time. Cars were always clean, always pin pointed the smallest scratch on the past two vehciles I used from them. Overall 5 star. I would recommend them rather than discount car rental which I have used in the past, never had a great experience with them

Crooks and always two or three hours later than they say. Take advantage of night time so you don't see flaws in the car and then bill you for it.

What car rental place isn't opened weekends? Trying to get service for one of their rented cars at 8pm on a Friday night has netted in 0 results. No one answering their phones. Horrible customer service.
