Excellent service. Tony is awesome. First time I am using Discount, used Enterprise quite a few times. Impressed with service i received and recommend this location.

Called booking line and booked the truck, advised about my commercial insurance, was told that would be credited in the store, upon arrival was told by Frank that whatever is said thru booking line does not matter, booking line in Philippines and they know nothing, after almost an hour of wasted time and calling back booking line and the store manager couple of times it was solved on my behalf, but should not be like that, pure nonsense, there are simple rules about rental rates and insurance and those should be transparent, not like one guy Frank decides for the whole franchise. Very unhappy with the service in the store, they need much more training

Excellent service. Staff and manager were beyond helpful. In a typical vacation, the Random Spot You Rent Your Car From doesn't figure too largely, but dealing with Dixie Road Discount was an unexpected highlight of our trip to Toronto. Thanks guys!
