Terrible service. Orders are not fully completed. Cleanliness is highly questionable. Quite pricey as it will cost around $30 per adult. Menu selection is very limited and menu items are often frozen, not fresh. Items took a really long time to arrive which is weird because they're all raw. Won't be returning.
My first visit there. Interesting concept. If you are into seafood and the original taste of seafood, this place is pretty good. We had a set menu I believe and in the end the congee which was cooked in seafood juice was delicious. I did not pay, but I heard it is not that cheap.
A new way of dining. Steamed meal all the way. Very fresh and tasty.
Great seafood! Very fresh. And the porridge was great.
Seems like a Good place to have food, seems pretty intimate.
If I could give them 4.5 stars I would. Our bill worked out to $275 for the set menu for 4 people and we added a plate of pork dumplings. This meal ended up feeding 4.5 adults and 2 toddlers so price wise I would say it's fair for all the seafood you are getting and everything was very fresh. The reason I say 4.5 adults is because I myself started the evening out with a migraine and wasn't eating my usual quantities. I did however still feel satisfied after the few courses I did enjoy. The service was quite lovely actually, friendly and approachable which made it feel like you were having dinner at a friend's house. We had a reservation in one of the karaoke rooms which was nice for the little ones in case they became fidgety. The only reason for less than 5 star is that we were disappointed that there were no scallops and no sea bass. The scallops due to poor availability so the boss preferred not to purchase which I appreciate so as not to pay for subpar quality seafood, but no explanation for the bass. I suspect it was sold out.. it's a popular choice. All in all a great first experience and we intend to go again. I'd probably ask what the availability looks like for the scallops and sea bass when calling to book a table to ensure we get it the next time around.
Had the lobster combo for two. Super fresh! Such a comfortable meal. Enjoyed the original flavors of scallops and the lobster. Also the staffs are super friendly will definitely come again, but next time probably with a bigger group of people
My girlfriend and I were here, ordering king crab, Scallop and another dish. None of them were available. Was trying to order a mango Bellini, was told the bartender/boss was not working. And chef was not working either. So we ordered a Vancouver crab instead, and got bill slapped to my face saying our veggie platter only came with kale and a whole lot of eggplant; while the other table got sweet potato and corns as well. We did not get served with water, or got asked anything to drink for almost 30min. When we asked for tap water finally, we got a jar of water which seemed not so clean, and one of the cup had coffee stain in it. Too afraid to drink that water. We had to get a beer from the fridge by myself because no one was really around at all. The combo for 2 was only $88, and our bill was $120 with clam order and veggie platter not even put throughforgotten the first time. The worst part was we ordered 2 appetizer, the server confirmed with us 4 times in 5min, really slow reactions. And guess what, still got one of them wrong order; the other 3pc tiny chicken wings not even seasoned. The congee was really gross btw. I wish I could give a 0, but I cannot. You won’t get any service here because customers are always wrong here. We had a really good dinner here, thank you so much.
Service is excellent. Everyone is super friendly. The lobster and dim sum are very good. If you have never tried their steamed steak, it's very good. Never even heard of steamed steak until my experience here. A must try. I'm on 3 days in a row
Very friendly place and great food. The owner is super nice and really has a knack for food. The dumplings with fresh lobster make this place a unique experience. Try the steamed steak. Very juicy!
