Wasn't sure if I wanted to try this place because of the 3.8 rating but I saw the pictures and was craving this type of food. Pretty glad I went cause it didn't disappoint. It's pretty easy to be able to find these types of restaurants in Asia at a decent quality but I must say I haven't really been able to find one in Toronto until now. We got the set for two, $68, which included one lobster, veggies, fish choice of how you want it, we chose the pickled one, and chicken. The individual items seemed a bit pricey but the sets were definitely worth it. We added the pineapple "pancake" dessert and that was done really well, nice and crispy. As for the items in the set, there was honestly nothing I didn't like, everything was done pretty well. My favourite dish of course was the fish and I can't wait to go back and try all the flavours. My only complaint would be that it was definitely a bit loud. We were pretty lucky and we got seated off to the side where it was basically just our table but on the other side there was a lot of people and noise. But all in all I would definitely recommend this place
Heard it’s alittle pricy. But it’s very tasty. I’m not sure what the name of this fish dish. But I really like it. Dessert is good too.
is surprise, not seen very often around here. Menu changed from previous owner but all dishes still taste good.
We wondered into this restaurant because we can't get a table next door. Good find! The lobster and fish set dinner for two was nicely done, different cooking style than the Cantonese. Not cheap pandemic price !! but worth it.
Love the fish, its very Q chewy and different kind of taste.. love the amount, it is just right, not too much not too little. The heater settings are so convenient after we ate for a while, the food can be warmed up easily. I Went with two friends, ordered 3 pots fish, frogs and lobsters and two side dishes, one Chapati. We were all very satisfied. Personally cant eat too spicy, only asked for little spice which was spice but enjoyable level. Hope next time, we will be able to try that durian chapati. Strongly recommend.
Very unique place and experience! All of the dishes on the menu are very authentic and not the type of Chinese food you'd get anywhere else in Toronto. The savory crispy fish was especially unique with its imported black fish and a very distinct texture. Would highly recommend if you love spicy Chinese food in particular!
It was about 20 minutes to close tonight and the only restaurant open in the area was Good Harvest. There was two of us and we were hungry and we weren't going to disappoint if they let us sit down to eat. Mind you this is just as Doug Ford is about to issue new lockdown orders. The food and the service were absolutely incredible. Some of the freshest and most delicious Hong Kong style food I've ever had. Thank you so much for serving us and allowing us to experience this delicious and wonderful dining experience
Have to say the frog legs are AMAZING! It surprised me with its tenderness and how flavourful it is! also the green onion pancake, it’s thin, crispy outside and soft inside! Also the service make you feel like home! The owner consistently walking around to help out! It was a blessing meal! Please treat yourself for 2020 and go try!!!
Fantastic restaurant. I enjoyed my meal here. The portions are HUGE and food is tasty. Best part was the service.
worst fish & fried rice I’ve ever tried in Toronto...
