8 of us dined on a Saturday and ordered 6 dishes with soup and fried rice to end. Food was good with the crispy pork a stand-out. The other dishes were quite outstanding except for the , the vegetable dish was lame and not enough perserved bean curd. No wok qi. Attentive service capped with a complimentary sweet soup plus desserts gave us a good evening of fellowship betweem friends.
Great place for dim sum if you care about health protocols. The dinning hall is airy and spacious with very high ceiling. Tables are spread out a very good distance. Waiting staff seems diligent checking vaccine passports and observing protocols. Oh, and the food is very good. The "Pineapple BBQ Pork Bun" is my favorite. The menu is a bit pricey, but it's worth the price to get a safe setting to dine in comfort and peace.
I’m not sure why this place only has 3.9 stars. The service was wonderful, staff were polite and quick to come to your table. This place gets super busy on weekends starting 11am. You’ll expect a wait but they are so quick to clear tables to seat new patrons. The Banquet Hall has been around, so it’s a little dated but I still find it charming, with the high ceilings and old Victorian feel. The creativity of their Dim Sum is worth mentioning. What stood out was the Black Truffled Beef Cheung Fun rice noodle roll and the Milk Tart with Bird’s Nest was lovely. See you again soon!
Accidentally came to this place instead of the dimsum spot we meant to go to. It was a pleasant surprise. At first glance it seemed super fancy, with colonial England decor everywhere. The prices were surprisingly cheap, and the dimsum was above average in quality. I recommend the birds nest milk tart and the siu mai. The siu mai was gigantic and it is made with goose liver and black caviar. Basically everything I ate was good. The female waitress was a bit unfriendly, and her attitudes didnt match the environment they are trying to sell, which is the only reason I gave it 4-star instead of 5.
Good place for dimsum and More formal Chinese food. This place gets busy so definitely make reservations. The food is good and service is usually quick but things can get delayed during the lunch rush. The dim sum consists of the usual items but many have a little twist. Ex, the tripe has a bit of xo sauce, siumai has a bit if goose liver, etc. I thought it was nice but some items were a little heavy on the msg. Overall a good experience, but keep in mind dim sum hours can get very busy.
Haven't been back in 3 years. Food was excellent and spacious seating. The high ceilings made the environment less noisy and was able to hold table conversations without yelling. Staff were easy to get a hold of. Abundant parking in the parking lot
I set up a backdrop for a traditional Chinese tea ceremony for a wedding at this location. The venue is very nice and spacious and I highly recommend if you are to have an event it's a pretty cool restaurant as well. Instagram @Decors.4u Parking: Lots of parking
Didn’t know if I had the wrong restaurant, but thought it was the same and just the banquet portion that’s doing dim sum and the other place called crown princess was the older and now renamed as premiere? But either way, my god! What an amazing place for dim sum! This is epitome of boujee! Walking in and seeing 6 foot floral bouquets and entering the hall with renaissance art along all the walls and the opulent counter / bar / cash area Now the interior is very fancy and this wasn’t the only thing! The food had luxurious ingredients as well! The beef rice noodle roll with perigord truffle, siu mai with black caviar and goose liver just leveled up these classic dishes. The dishes of classic dim sum are also there and done very nicely! Steamed to perfection amd all the flavours are as you would expect it to be, but with that extra feel class! Service was excellent as well! Waiters and waitresses were very cognizant of their surroundings and helped out at the right times when we needed! Great job! Definitely coming back for dim sum at this awesome place! Follow me on IG @thirst_and_taste for better pics, vids and more amazing content!
Delicious dim sum!! All the staples. Fried turn up cake, har gow, siu mai, fried cheung fun, bbq pork pastry. Came here on a Sunday around 12pm. Was pretty busy. I wish they had plain fried dough rice noodle dish. They only have one with pork.
Beautiful place for dimsum! Food is always top notch and the perfect atmosphere to bring any company to. I especially love all the beautiful China!
