Yokidomo Sushi

A cute little place with super yummy sashimi and sushi! We were kind of worried about how the fish would be, especially since it's so hot right now, but it tastes so fresh and the tuna is melt-in-your-mouth good. My favourite is the salmon though - haven't had sashimi this good in a while and can't wait to be back again.

Quaint and cozy little spot. Friendly and really fast food prep. But the best part is their sushi!!! I have never had a brown rice role so moist and flavourful

When you want delicious sushi at a restaurant with 3 tables and fresh fish, this is a place you should hit up. The spicy salmon sashimi was a fusion of sorts with a poke ball flavour/vegetables minus rice and other fillers, but was so genuinely delicious. The Awesome Roll was unique and tasty with the smoked salmon and roe flavours, and overall everything tasted fantastic. Would definitely come back and recommend.

Very BUSY Local Sushi place. We ordered. Back in 1 hour to dine. In the meantime, we went up to Mt. Douglas Park.

We had lunch here and the tuna and sockeye salmon sashimi was very good. I also ordered the spicy tuna roll. The tuna was minced and I prefer an unminced version with a whole piece of tuna in the roll. Gyoza was good as well.

Just tried this place for the first time and I am very impressed. This is definitely my new sushi spot. Staff were friendly , food came out in great time and tasted delicious. Great portions and even better price point. Would highly recommend :

Absolutely delicious. Best yam tempura I’ve ever had and the sushi, bento, and sashimi all met or exceeded our expectations!

In my opinion it's a great mom and pop style sushi spot that is casual, well priced and has tasty sushi. I guess it used to be a fish and chip shop... they still offer some of those types of food items as well. Good spot to go if you are in the area.
