First time I've been here in a couple years. I had the teriyaki beef combo meal and the mixed tempura, the portion sizes were huge! Very delicious, very satisfied, 10/10Food: 5/5

Uptown being an ‘upscale’ mall, I’m surprised they would allow businesses like this and Noodlebox to continue to operate. Inside is filthy, staff uses no sanitation practices, food is mediocre at it’s best, and service is non-existent.

The inconsistency of portions between different visits is absurd. What is in this picture is not worth the $12 price tag. This is about half of the amount that I received on my last visit. The $6 Chicken Karaage Bowl at Fujiya is better than this.

I ordered udon soup yesterday and all I got was disgusting looking soup and was burnt and the chicken yakisoba was just the udon soup content with no soup

Awesome food and great value for money. More of a take out than a restaurant but there are a couple of tables and a window bench. Well worth trying, you won't be disappointed!!Food: 5/5

Terrible, ordered the tempura Bento Box and it came with no Tempura or Gyoza. The beef teriyaki was so bland I smothered it with the Gyoza sauce and it was still terrible. Would not recommend, too overpriced..Food: 1/5

I’ve eaten here a few times stay in and take out, will not ever go back. Food has no taste. Not so great customer service either.

I like to give only positive reviews but I can't possibly give one for this place. Terrible customer service. I had the sashimi and teriyaki bento box with a side of teriyaki sauce. The tuna and salmon sashimi was a grayish color and had a horrible smell. I eat sushi 3-4 times a week and have never seen or smelled sashimi like that. The chicken teriyaki was not edible and the side of teriyaki sauce was a jelly. The rice was even awful. It was $14 and I tipped! The only positive thing I can say is that my Mom and I had the greatest customer service at Best Buy before I decided to get something for take out.

Friendly staff but average food. More of a take out style with prepackaged sushi and a limited menu. Probably won't go again.

Don’t go there to eat customer service is horrible rude and watch the old lady ringing your food and she overcharges every time and then stands there and plays the innocent card like she hasn’t done it. And then tries to say she can’t understand English took me 15 minutes to get my money back. And I am a mall employee. Spend your hard earned money somewhere else
