The location, staff, and atmosphere are great, but cleanliness is an issue. The facility, especially the treadmills and dumbbells, needs a deep cleaning. It would also be beneficial to provide mandatory disinfectant sprays and paper towels so members can clean equipment themselves after use.

I would not recommend this gym to anyone. The customer service is absolutely terrible. The staff is rude, unhelpful, and seem completely uninterested in assisting members.nTrying to cancel my membership was a nightmare. They made the process unnecessarily difficult, refusing to provide clear instructions and dragging it out for weeks. Emails and phone calls went unanswered, and when I went in person, they acted like I was an inconvenience.nThe lack of professionalism and basic courtesy is shocking. A gym should be welcoming and supportive, but this place is the opposite. Avoid at all costs- you'll regret signing up!!!!

Not sure why ratings are so low.nThis gym is great. Well priced good equipment clean.nStaff is friendly. My son also goes with me and does PT. The trainers are top notch.nIt can get busy in the evening.nYou can always get cardio equipment.nThere is a woman’s only section that is always available and not busy.

Location cleanliness accessibility and staff are superb, from coaches to cleaning crew to repair crew everyone I had pleasure talking to!nIssue is head manager! He freely disrespects and mistreats staff in front of me and other clients I assume told his staff to shut up! This has to change if not there won't be anymore employees working there! HQ better do something as changing one over paid person is easier than training and finding good help

This gym is truly exceptional! The gym is top-notch, the staff is fantastic, and the equipment is great. After years here, I can confidently say the positive and motivating atmosphere makes every workout better. The trainers are welcoming and tailor workout plans to suit individual needs. Highly recommend for anyone looking to switch gyms!
