I’m truly so grateful to be working with my coach Moji. His support has made such a big difference for me, not only with training but also with nutrition and building healthier habits overall.nnHe takes the time to understand my goals and gives me guidance that feels personalized, realistic, and motivating. Since starting , I’ve become much more confident in myself and in what I’m capable of. I feel stronger physically, but also mentally, and I’m much more comfortable in my own skin.nnI’m really proud of the progress I’ve made so far, and I couldn’t recommend him enough to anyone looking for real results with great support along the way.

Staff here are super friendly, always helpful if you need anything. Equipment is really clean and well maintained. It does get busy but the vibe is still good, never feels chaotic. Love that there's such a wide variety of machines, makes it easy to hit every muscle group without waiting around forever for one specific thing. Solid gym overall.

I just completed a series of sessions with Moji at World Gym in DDO, and I must say it exceeded my expectations. I started lifting weights after I retired at 70, and while I was looking to improve my strength, my primary goal was to lose weight. I wasn't really getting anywhere until I started with Moji. His knowledge of exercise as well as nutrition made the difference. I consistently dropped a pound a week with his guidance. At the same time, I learned a lot about weightlifting from him, especially how to maintain good form. I definitely would recommend Moji and World Gym to anyone interested in training, whether for strength training or weight management.

Love it. Kind staff, clean machines. I lost my phone twice there and...my lock maybe 5 times? I was sure it would be stolen but the gym bros and sisters are geniune and actually gave my lost items to the staff. I got a call and retrieved it next week easily. Love the sauna, pool and cold shower. I'm glad they renovated the sauna! 5 stars.

I changed to world gym from buzz fit since it’s closer to my new house. I bought the VIP membership so I can go with my friends and girlfriend. Every time I come they make them sign this waiver even though they have done it before and every time the rules change. Sometimes they make you do it and sometimes they don’t and today they asked for id on top of it. Then there machine broke to scan the waiver and enter the numbers. It’s a full on workout to just get into the gym. Then once the machine got fixed they proceed to ask for my girlfriend id again like something will change on a physical card. I told her how ridiculous the process is and that buzz fit is not like this. She responded rudely saying that if you want to be in a gym with full of teens be my guest and to go there instead. Never heard in my life that customer service works this way. This gym is a joke they care more about there money then fixing there machines which in the abs section this machine has been broken for more then a month now and seems that this gym is pyramid scheme as they hinted on top of it that if it’s such a problem my girlfriends should buy a membership too.
