What's the best thing about this box? The coaches. Simply great, all of them. Patient, attentive and helpful. The fact that this box is open most of the day is great too. Some of the equipment is slightly worn out which could provide a minor discomfort.

I was skeptical about starting CrossFit. I had the same apprehensions as many people who have never done it (risk of injury, cult-like atmosphere). I can't speak for all CrossFit gyms, but Jacques, Valerie, and the Team at CrossFit Montreal are awesome! I've been at the gym for almost 3 months and joining has been one of the best decisions I've made for my health in a long time. Professional atmosphere, great people, challenging workouts, encouragement from coaches, and a lot of fun! If you're tired of the same old gyms and workouts, give this a try!
