I went to change my clothes (wasn't a rush hour) in one of the bathrooms and I forgot my phone over the chair, then after 5 minutes I went back and the phone wasn't there anymore. I asked the receptionist to call my number and the phone was off. So, someone stole it. I asked if was possible to check the cameras outside of the bathroom and the receptions didn't allow me to do that, didn't even try to help me or pay attention for what I was saying. Someone got my phone and intentionally turned off, in a private place, less then 5 meters from the receptionist. I know, was my mistake to forget it there but I want to share the experience here to let everyone knows that people who steal things are going there, don't let your belongs out of your eyes for 5 minutes. Also, if you need any assistance, you will not find it there.

Good gym, only cons is that there is too much people most of the time. The equipment is new and in super good shape ans staff is nice.

I think that this gym is awesome. They got new machines last week, the place is clean, the staff is nice and overall the clients are thoughtful and take care of the space. The washrooms are always clean (at least on the women side) and it's not too crowded in the morning or late night (trucky between 4pm and 7pm).

They need nicer staff. Normally it's clean and the machines are ok .

The price is great, staff friendly, hydro nassage bed and tanning 👍☝👍 but their econo membership isn't very flexible, cancelation fees are high and not good for people who live in or are moving to other provinces. Staff say that EconoFit is no longer owned by GoodLife Inc. The bathrooms are often missing toilet paper, it is VERY COLD, and there was one week where someone had left an energy drink can that sat there literally 10days so I'm not confident the machines are properly sanitized as frequently as one would like.
