I had my first ever pedicure at the spa with Yalenny and she was fantastic! She was meticulous with her work yet very efficient. She was attentive and always made sure that I was satisfied. Best massage I have ever had in my lifenat the Midtown Spa with Michal Medvedovski. She was Absolutely brilliant. The perfect combination of relaxation and deep tissue release. I love that she also integrated mindful breathing into the experience to help me stay present during the massage. If you have been wanting to get a massage, look no further than Michal. She is wonderful thank you so much!
I started my second year of membership in Midtown Sanctuaire Sports Club in April. Before coming here, I tried some other gyms in Montreal, but now I can tell you it was just a waste of time. If you are interested in sports and fitness activities, you cannot find any other place like Midtown Sanctuaire. It is a clean and lovely sports building with various classes and activities in the same place and one membership. All staff and instructors are professional and friendly, and if I want to mention only three instructors, trainers, and coach names, I can say Sabrina, Joary, and Alain.nIf you're considering joining, I highly recommend Sabrina's Spinning classes. These dynamic sessions, set to invigorating music, are a fantastic way to boost your fitness levels and enjoy a high-energy workout on a spinning bike.nSabrina embodies the qualities of an exceptional sports coach. Her motivational skills, effective communication, discipline, leadership, unwavering commitment, and undeniable passion are evident in every class she leads. You're in good hands with Sabrina.
It’s been almost 2 years that I signed up to this gym and I really like the ambience, cleanliness, and professionalism of the staff and coaches.nnI’ve been personally training with Coach Jeremy since I started and I am very happy with the results. He is very knowledgeable and kind. Training with him has been very pleasant because he never judges you and he always tries to push you to your limits.nnDefinitely recommend
