Fit for Life Gym

Great place. I like that the upstairs portion of the gym is woman's only. You don't have to worry if a man is watching you. You feel safe. But also if you want to workout in the men's section you are more than welcome.

This gym is honestly a gem and I just want them to open in the South West so I can be lazy and drive just 5 mins or run there. They have amazing prices are open almost 24h/7, accessible by metro, never had an issue parking, staff is super friendly and competent.

Great gym. There is two floors, a decent variety of equipment. They are renovating and improving the place. The cons: Way too many people during peak hours. There is often no threadmill available at that time. And they have a lot of defective threadmill for some reason. Fortunately, I usually go off-peak. Another major complaint is concerning the dumbbells which are a complete mess. I think they have the most disorganized set of dumbbells I've seen in my whole life. I've never seen them in order, not even once. They should label them in a fixed position because I've seen a lot of clueless people misplacing them.

Good rates, lots of machinery and different group classes in clouded in yearly membership. Lots of promotions to be if it from. Their Zumba and insanity instructor is amazing! Amélie is one of the best if not the best that I know. Only downside is no towel service since the renovations and men's lockeroom could use a few more long lockers as lots can't be locked as we're cut. But overall price vs quality vs machinery available, is give it a 4.5

Very good gym, great staff, a lot of machines, multiple machines for each muscle and great ambiance. People are nice and music is good. Only thing is it can smell kinda bad sometimes, but overall very good gym!
