Very friendly staff - especially Tiffany. She took the time to explain everything to me and showed me around the gym before I signed up - never experienced that with any other gym.It's beautifully located with the best equipment I've used. Well worth the few extra bucks to get this treatment and they have an amazing discount for students.

I trained at this gym for about eight months. The equipment is all in great shape and they have everything you need to get in a really great workout. The staff is always friendly, welcoming, and knowledgeable. The location is super convenient if you work downtown. I really enjoyed this gym! Great place!

I never trained before, but they were so helpful. They taught me how to use the machines and weights. Lots of help from all of the staff. Highly recommend this gym.
