Total Home Training

I have know the owners for a very long time and have used their services on and off over the years. All depending on how much pounds I put on during the winter. Sam is by far one of the most knowledgeable and patient trainers I have ever met. Highly trained staff, if you need to lose weight and learn how to keep it off! I recommend THT.

Amazing staff ..friendly, and attentive . They form programs to your needs. I train with them at Gold's Gym Laval. I lost 20lbs in 3 months with the help of their trainer Costa. He listened to my concerns, health issues and we worked to improve. Very satisfied customer. They made me love the gym again.

Total Home Training has changed my life. Fitness and well being have taken a front seat in my life. Sam Maniatis and his team are excellent. They take a very caring approach to their clients.
