This is a great gym to be a member of, especially if you live in the plateau. I didn't realize how great it would be to have a 24h gym (I always work out in the morning anyway) until public holidays came around and my friends were left gym-less. Also loved that despite how small it is, I never had trouble finding a treadmill or an area to work out. The facilities are clean and well taken care of and all the staff are warm and welcoming.

I typically go at around 7:30 with my bro. It's tranquil at this time, which is great because then we don't feel like dicks for using the power racks for the better part of an hour. Other gym goers have been generally quite nice. It's a small gym, but the intimacy creates the perfect atmosphere for a budding bromance. Would recommend.

For the duration of time that I have been a member at Anytime Fitness, I’ve thoroughly enjoyed the cleanliness and space of the facility. They helped make my early morning or late evening workouts pleasant and the staff members are quite friendly for whenever you have any questions concerning training or proper techniques to certain movements with equipment!! Great gym experience overall :)

Great gym experience! The trainers are of great help and very encouraging. The service is quite remarkable when compared to other gyms that I have been to. The trainers are present very often and make sure you use the equipment adequately. I definitely recommend!

I have been using Anytime Fitness Plateau Mount Royal for half a year, and have been very happy with my membership. The gym has all the equipment I need, and more. It is kept very clean. I typically go on weekday mornings and the gym is not busy at all, sometimes there's only another person or two. Even on the weekends, the gym is not overly busy. The price per month is reasonable, no complaints.
