I had the best car purchasing experience here! Mark went above and beyond to make it easy for me to fly in from Van and test drive my dream car. Claire was so kind and spent extra time explaining my payment options and answering all my credit questions. Everyone I encountered at Woodgrove Chrysler was professional and friendly. My experience was much better than past times at other places, nothing felt slimy or pushy. A great group of people, fair pricing, efficient service  - don’t hesitate to reach out to them for your next car.

My husband and I came in to buy a new to us van. The salesman we had was really personable and easy to pick up on what we were looking for. We test drove a few and Mark was able to find us one for what we could make work in our budget. It had almost everything I was looking for in my vehicle. There was an oversight that was discovered that was resolved promptly the next day and both Mark and the service manager Joe made sure we were totally happy with the final purchase and resolution for our van. I would recommend Woodgrove Chrysler to my friends for sure.

An absolute amazing experience for the whole family.  Customer service from Lee Macdonald to JC the finance manager was incredible, they made us feel at home and treated our kids like one of theirs highly recommend them for any vehicle.

These people have the golden touch.  The best experience I've ever had, no dealership has even come close.  Thank you to Lee for making it happen so smoothly.  Honesty, integrity and a good deal that fits my life.  I won't be dealing with any other dealership!

After unsuccessfully attempting to sell my rig on marketplace, a friend suggested I try Woodgrove Chrysler. I met with Mike and immediately got good vibes. The whole transaction was very transparent, and I walked away extremely satisfied with my return. He and his team operate with integrity and it shows. They have good reputation for good reason! Highly recommend!

Service Department was easy to work with. Very good at updating the progress while my Jeep was being worked on. I had a few last minute requests when I dropped the Jeep off, and they were able to address these with no problems! Great service !

Amazing service department. Long story short..I had my Jeep at a different dealership..they wanted to put a new radio in and charge me $1165 plus taxes. The Jeep was 1 month out of warranty.  I brought it to Rheal and his staff... The only thing wrong, was an issue with the differential... which was under warranty. Honest and genuine is hard to find these days but these guys are amazing. Thank you so much for helping me.

Woodgrove Chrysler texted me with a black Friday promo. I responded. I spoke with a salesperson on the phone. I told him my budget.  I told him I don't want to waste my time or his. He told me to come on over. Then he presented me with a payment plan of double my budget. Greasy   Edit:  then they called me and tried to pay me off with a measly in-store credit to remove this review. No, thanks. Call me back when you're ready to honor the original offer we discussed over the phone

I have been dealing with Tom for years now, starting from another dealership brand. He always works extremely hard to get you the best deal, without ever making you feel pressured or the negative experience that you get used to at other dealerships. Knowing that I am extremely busy he worked on my time, and has always been able to handle most of the work via text before I even have to go in. This is the one place, and Tom is the one person I will continue to have my friends and family come to see as I know they will be happy after.  2017 Dodge Ram 1500 most recent purchase

I see Darren for all my Jeep service needs.  He is fantastic to work with as he is always very responsive, collaborative and knowledgeable when I have questions and concerns regarding emerging issues.
