Easily the worst dealership I've ever been in. Was looking for a new car last year, spent over 15 minutes in the showroom and was not approached by anyone to see if i needed help. Of course it was a busy weekday and I was the only one in the entire showroom. I'm opening doors, sitting in several cars, reading info labels on show cars - looking very much like someone interested in the vehicles. Left the showroom having never been approached by any of the several suit wearing gentlemen who sat in their glass walled offices and never left. Went in last week to inquire of the parts dept regarding some accessories that were highlighted in a recent BMW email. First problem - not a single parking spot for customers. Really! I had to park at one of the other dealerships in the area and walk over to BMW. I asked of the parts man where I was supposed to park, thinking that my driving completely around the entire lot I must have missed something,  he just shrugged and mumbled something about, "Yeah, that's a problem".  I asked of the parts man for more information about the "Other options available at your local dealer" mentioned in the email, and his response was a most brilliant, "I don't know anything about that".  He was unable to find any information in his computer about the specially priced accessories I was there to ask about. 
Called last Monday to book a service appointment for Friday. Told I could have anything after 10:30, as they were quite open the rest of the day. My wife dropped the car off at 10:25, and was told they were quite busy and there might be a slight delay. By 1:30 the car was still not brought in the shop. At that point she asked for the keys back and left. What exactly was the point of giving us an appointment, and telling us they're "wide open"?
So I am now done - won't be back. Three strikes, you're out. Not representing the "BMW experience" in any way what so ever.

A great experience to get a car there, all the people are very kind, especially Zach, he is very professional. And he is very patient to answer all my questions and show all the details of using the car. Thanks Zach help me get my first car~ and I will show this good experience to my friends.

I had the wonderful experience of picking up my 4 Series BMW convertible.  Everything was ready for me when I got to the dealership.  Peter and Zach are the absolute best. Zach took his time explaining all the details of the car to me.  Everyone was very pleasant and made my experience one of a kind. I would recommend BMW Nanaimo to the island's residents as well as to people live in the Vancouver area. I live in Vancouver and I am absolutely happy that I made a short trip to the island to get my car. You feel as a valued customer when you are dealing with Peter and Zach at BMW Nanaimo. I am sure all the staffs are like them, I did not have a chance to meet with the rest of the staff. Thumbs up.

High prices plus lots of extra charges. Wouldnt be so bad if they at least gave a decent trade in value but they need a monster profit on that too. Will be looking for a higher volume dealership.

Best place to get your BMW work done from. Really, good service the girl who helped me at service station was new and amazing. Nobody helped me in courtenay but she was amazing and went beyond her part of service. My car runs great now. Really happy with them. Thank you.
