The Sales Manager (Rick) and his team did a great job during my new car purchase. It was really convenient to be able to do everything on Sunday and drive away in my brand new car. It is really convenient that they are really close to an Autoplan insurance provider that is also open Sunday. Jim Pattison Hyundai gave me a really fair trade on my truck and a really good deal on my new car. They took the appropriate time to go over everything with me and were not high pressure about anything. Rick was really excellent with helping me find the best financing plan that would give me the best deal on the car with payments that I was comfortable with over a time period that best suited my needs. I bought my vehicle two weeks ago. My experience was great! Bejay Patterson was awesome, he really put in the time and effort to help me find the perfect vehicle for me. The Sales manager, Rick was awesome too. The experience was low pressure and i found a great vehicle at a great price. Overall a positive experience.

Thank you to Bejay & the whole team at Jim Pattison Hyundai Nanaimo, for such a pleasurable experience buying our new Tucson. Bejay was incredibly helpful and friendly as soon as we walked on the lot, and we left with no questions unanswered. Never at any stage did we feel pressured or rushed. Todd & Rick were also amazing in organizing finance for a 'foreigner' which we imagined would be extremely testing. It wasn't. We would highly recommend Bejay and the team at Jim Pattison Hyundai Nanaimo if you are looking for a new vehicle and great customer service.

Last week, my girlfriend and I had the most relaxed, non-pressured sales experience, while having one of her dreams come true, driving home in her new 2017 Hyundai Tucson. The whole experience was so enjoyable that I would highly recommend in good conscience and to anyone who will listen to me about the professional, upfront and friendly manner in which they helped her Buy, and not Sell her a new vehicle.
