Luke the GM looked after our needs, and you can tell he is a great manager as all of his team members are absolutely professional and know what they are doing. From the moment I walked in to Galaxy Motors I felt extremely comfortable and welcomed. I was greeted by Michael, and he very efficiently helped me get a new vehicle at a price I was comfortable with. Bowen also helped with the process and made sure I was happy and fully informed with all aspects. Together, they both made the process stress free and did an excellent job. Overall it was a great and friendly experience, I would recommend purchasing a vehicle through them to anyone.

Super easy low pressure sales. Nice clean vehicles available. Salesman was Braden Billaney, he's awesome. Most vehicle purchases in the past from other dealers have always been high pressure uncomfortable experiences, Braden was the opposite. Highly recommended.
I bought a 2nd vehicle from Galaxy Motors. Part of the package was a warranty for the tires. I spoke to them after a tire was damaged and needed replacement. They told me to phone the insurance company to deal with replacing the tire. Then, the insurance company said that Galaxy Motors should be dealing with the claim on my behalf. So I told Galaxy Motors this. They then told me that they would get back to me and do all they could to help me. Days went by with no response. Finally I called and they said the person I must speak with is off work. So I am still living with a damaged tire that needs replacing even though I am paying for a warranty to a company that promises wonderful service.
Couldn’t have had a better experience !!! I am so beyond greatful for the team at Galaxy Motors Nanaimo. I went in there with not much to offer and hoping for the best to get into a vehicle but definitely expecting the worst, and 3 people worked day and night for me to get me into a vehicle I could have never have imagined I could ever even own. It is quite obvious to me that they are in it for YOU! After having looked at my case, they could see that what I really needed was to build credit, as I have been hitting the same brick wall for what seems like forever now. After making this determination, they worked day and night to make magic happen.not for them, but for me. Not once did I get a feeling of distrust or like they were pulling one over on me. Everybody I spoke with was nothing but helpful, caring, understanding, and hardworking and genuine when it was clear the only one who would be benefiting from this was me. They are the most selfless, and I can’t say enough GENUINE, and fun bunch I have had the pleasure of meeting and doing business with, and although there was 3 of them working on my case, every single person in the building was celebrating with me and happy when we finally closed the deal. I would recommend this place to anybody with absolutely no hesitation. The customer service I experienced was above and beyond, I was kept in the loop for the entire process so I wasn’t left wondering and stressing, and I can’t say enough how much I appreciate and love every single one of them. I would have written a good review whether they got me in a vehicle or not because I know I was one of the tougher cases, so the time they still were willing to dedicate to me and my situation along with the level of customer service I received was enough for me to want to leave a review before any successes were even made. I was impressed from the second I walked in the door, every time I walked in the door, to the second I left. But at the end of the day, I definitely could not have anticipated such a dream to have come true. Big thank you to Greg, Mike, and Trevor for all of the time and exhaustion of your resources for me, and thank you to Tim and Dave for the great chat before our departure!! Me and my dog…who everyone was also just total gems to!! <33 I really feel like I found a genuine friend in every single one of you. So thank you. I truly cannot thank you enough. Very Good Place To Buy. I took a flight from Cambridge Ontario Canada to buy a rust free car . I love the car. 2005 Mustang GT V8 4.6 Litre Beast. Car is in great shape , some minor things that need my loving hands . Ken was a great salesman. Stuck by his word when he said the car was sound. Great choice for me in choosing Galaxy Motors. I have since drove the car to Vancouver but will be driving to Toronto Canada day by day. Car sounds great, runs great, looks great . Can't wait to drive through the mountains with the beauty. Thanks Ken and Galaxy Motors!!! Follow Up Here, Hi Ken, I finally made it to Denver Colorado without a single issue with the car, it cruised through the highways just purring. I love the car. I flew home because i had to get back to work. We deviated from our road trip but it was worth it, what beautiful parks in Canada and USA.I am looking forward to driving it again once i get through my work week this week
I had a great experience buying a car from Galaxy Motors Nanaimo. I heard about them from family who live on the Island but I live on the mainland. I had a few conversations with the salesman Andrew and the finance guy James and then Andrew offered to bring the car over on the ferry to me! Was great to not have to do that trip myself. After my test drive I loved the car and decided to purchase it. Thank you Andrew and James for making it such an easy and really great experience!
